Some people never learn to do that. My boyfriend of almost 19 years never admits when he is wrong. He thinks he knows everything and therefore cannot be wrong.
Women are never EVER wrong....even if they are wrong they aren't wrong. They are never right but you just have to accept it. Really sucks tbh they have to act like that but oh well.

No it's not stale, Caramel's are like that and are amazing, and it's pronounced Car-a-mel (wife is correct). The box with the selection (teacakes) isn't usually mixed with Caramels too, the teacakes are the round ones only
The tea cakes are from Scotland aswell arnt they im sure they are made by tunnocks they make the caramel bars aswell

Caramac's are lovely very creamy. I'm glad you like our MacCoys. Flakes are delicious we had an old advert only the crumbliest flakiest chocolate tastes like chocolate never tasted before. God shows you how much I love that I remember the song from the advert. Anyway we have those flakes in icecream cones. Called a 99. Soft ice cream swirled in a cone and then a bit of strawberry sauce and a flake. They even make little flakes to go in your ice cream. Monster Munch were voted in the top ten crisps. CARAMEL!! The missus is right. You have to have a teacake. No it's not stale just really hard. They are best eaten with a cup of tea or coffee to soften them up. I'm expert on our snacks in the UK! LOL.

Clint and Mrs, they use Cadbury flake in soft serve ice cream cones in England and Ireland called a 99 in the UK.

If you can find them, the dark chocolate tunnocks tea cakes are amazing! We have caramel eggs the same as the creme eggs for Easter, I prefer the caramel ones. I love iron brew, I am diabetic so get the diet version. It's definitely not orange as I am allergic to orange and have no reaction. The bacon crisps are ok, I prefer either walkers brand smokey bacon crisps, or frazzles. I craved smokey bacon flavour crisps when I was pregnant, but they had to be Walkers, I could taste the difference.

You've basically opened my hidden snack drawer from my kids!! Flakes are great with vanilla ice cream cones. Monster munch pickeled onion crisps are great with cheese & Mayo sandwiches. Mars bars dipped in hot chocolate is the bomb! Watching you guys im fuming....my drawer is empty lol

Loved this as i'm from the UK, Irn is pronounced Iron in the case of Irn Bru and yes drumsticks are that sticky, there is also a lolly and one pulled my son's tooth out when he was about 5.

Things you're missing from the Irish side are Buffalo Hunky Dorys, the famous cheese and onion Taytos, and some Cidona to wash everything down!
surprised you enjoyed the drinks. UK had a sugar law inforced a year or so again and personally i think a lot of the drinks that tasted nice before now dont (I live in the UK) Iron Bru is a very special drink in Scotland. the Caramel Waffer was supposed to be the way it was its a weird sweet but its one of my personal favourites

Nestle has ruined it as well as the caramel bar, I used to love both and I was a kid in the 70s when caramel bar was much nicer and a different colour so too with galaxy and the flake, nestle Always fucks up whatever they take over

They actually go soft when stale. I had one a month out of date and it was very soft and disappeared in record time.

The only thing is it never really contained girders (it contained medical grade iron like that you have in vitamins, breakfast cereals etc), and Barr's were forced to change the advertising slogan when the trades description act basically forced them to. But this resulted in the creation of the many classic Irn Bru adverts that came after this! The snowman, the fannies etc amazing adverts.

@@robertfitzpatrick4302 no, sorry I didn't mean that, sorry if it came across that way, (to be honest though up until I was about 8 I did!) I was just stating that they weren't allowed to use that slogan anymore and the reason why. A bit like why coca cola had to change the recipe in the 80s once the law was changed so that all products had to have ingredients listed on the packaging, and there was a certain slightly dubious and slightly illegal ingredient they didn't want the public to know that it was contained in the drink. Also it pissed them off that they had to let their secret recipe be known to the public.
