So, how about adding the complication of a non alcoholic fatty liver and no gallbladder?
My colonoscopy last year and in previous years showed diverticulosis. It flares up, and is doing it more often. Never needed antibiotics, never had a fever though i do feel hot, chills and shaking, diarrhea that clears my guts. Liquid diet for a few days then slow transition, and again, a flare up with nausea.
Fatty liver says no dairy, so ive found no fat yogurt. Too many carbs of any kind, and my weight goes up. I am 5'7" and was 173 pounds, this last flare has me down to 164 and living on water, yougurt, broth, and just recently a few bites of scrambled eggs.
Doctors have no help besides 'eat vegetables and lose weight '.
No referral to dietitian unless diabetic and i am not.
Only other complication is a full hysterectomy 5 years ago.
What do i need to eat, not eat for all the conditions?

I got rid of my non alcoholic fatty liver within a month with a very low carb diet and two 72 hour fasting within that period.

My colonoscopy showed one pocket (diverticulosis). I have increased the fiber in my diet, but should I cut out such foods as nuts, corn, popcorn, etc? I've heard differing opinions.

If you've not had a flare up there is no need to adjust your diet. Improving your diet quality, variety and volume of fiber (if not problematic for digestion and bowel function) is always a good choice.

I have a refractory celiac disease type 1, ibs and also I am lactose intolerant.
I am following my type of keto diet with mainly fat and carbs from products such blueberries, banana, kiwi, cauliflower.
I have tried to reintroduce some other fibers but my large intestine goes under constant flare up with mainly diarrhea.
If my bowel movements are fine with a carnivore/fish diet, may I continue forever ? No medical advice

Hey Angel, yeah this is a great question. The carnivore diet works as a VERY broad elimination diet, however it's an elimination with no specific goal because it has not been designed to find a cause of the symptoms it eliminates. It would be better long term to work through all the potential causes of the digestive issues because there will be a specific and manageable resolution. Ultimately we have no data about the efficacy and safety of a zero fiber diet, and a lot about the risks of high sat fat diet on cardiovascular health, the risk of a low fiber diet on colorectal health, the risks of restrictive dieting on mental health and much more that makes the carnivore diet very limited in pros beyond, perhaps, a very short term elimination diet before reintroductions of various compounds to find digestive triggers.
