Great workout, but didn't love the layout of this one. To me, it felt like the workout took forever. It was effective though, as it hurts to even type this!! 😂💪

I’ve been working out for 9 years now and I’ve NEVER been able to figure out how to engage the correct muscles when doing bent rows… UNTIL NOW! All it took was for Sydney to say “scapula retraction”, and I was able to make that mind muscle connection! Woohoo!
I know for sure I could have used heavier weights, but I woke up with a pinched nerve in my neck OUCH!! I did what I could without straining too much. I'm looking forward to some heat , stretching, and massaging my neck to alleviate this pain. Great work, everyone!! ❤❤❤
This is my first time doing Sydney’s workouts and challenges. Can anyone please tell me what the split is? What days of the week the workouts are supposed to be and if there are any “rest” days? I just did Days 1-3 on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and I don’t know when my “rest” day is, or if there is any.
Excellent arm pump! Glutton for punishment here, so added the 10-minute back and biceps video on the channel... My arms shall henceforth feel like wet spaghetti noodles for the rest of the day.
I love the inclusion of cardio at the end of some of these workouts. But can we get a full bodyweight cardio day? Personally, i need to give my muscles a break from holding weights some days. Thank you for everything you do!❤
Shoulders back and biceps are on 🔥. The inchworm at the end was so challenging. Held onto the heavy I chose to use and didn't drop them even though my arms were shaking. Loved it. ❤
Wow my arms feel like noodles lol. Omw to the gym I was listening to a podcast and the topic was about burn out and stress and I said ok I'm gonna get my workout in, do a little swimming, get a little time in the sauce, shower and go to bed. Somewhere in there I would love to stretch but I want to get to sleep early 😩

3/8/24 This week has been amazing! Pushing to failure!
This was good! I had to rest longer than 15 seconds but I was really able to get close to failure or hit failure with each move.
ummm am I the only one thinking that inch worm hop ups are a fancy way of saying burpees?!?!? 😜
