I’ve been working out for 9 years now and I’ve NEVER been able to figure out how to engage the correct muscles when doing bent rows… UNTIL NOW! All it took was for Sydney to say “scapula retraction”, and I was able to make that mind muscle connection! Woohoo!

So loving FLEX 2024! I'm surprising myself with how I'm able to bump up to weights I don't normally use!
This was good! I had to rest longer than 15 seconds but I was really able to get close to failure or hit failure with each move.
