Edgar Allan Poe is one of the main characters in Christian Bale's crime mystery thriller: Pale Blue Eyes. And yeah... Roderick and Madeline sharing the same bed definitely gave off Jamie and Cersi vibes. Another Netflix series I'd recommend reacting to is Dark. Easily the craziest TV series ever. It's beyond insane.
I think I may have already told my age in earlier comments but since you fellas asked, I'm 70 with (I say) the attitude of a 15 year old (when I'm not adulting.) Actually, I've recently taken a couple of Instagram quizzes where they claim they can predict your age by how & which questions you answer correctly and they put me at 18 each time. So maybe I've matured.
I don't think the kids at the beginning usually slept in the same bed. I took it as them comforting each other on the night their mother died.
