NFT’s have a legitimate reason to exist they were intended to solve a variety of problems we face in the digital and real world. The problem are not NFT’s but the people who run scams involving it, like you wouldn’t demonize the entire stock market because some people ran penny stock pump & dumps.

With trivial changes to constants and which cryptographic hashes you select you can make more different coins than there are atoms in the universe (!!!); they are all just as valid and all just as pointless.
