      imagine being a teen or an early 20-something, looking up to dudes like this and sam sulek and wishing "damn, everybody seems to be oogling over their physiques, I wish I had strength/huge muscles like that. they seem to be doing fine so maybe roids isn't that bad. even dr. mike is on em!"
      shits corny as hell tbh, we shouldn't be idolizing people who are enhanced as much as we do, because for most men (and women) its not healthy in the slightest, it can be deadly or lead to irreversible damage, we've lost many ppl to these things. everyone knows this, and professionals act like they're doing us a favor by speaking out about against use of PEDs, yet they keep using the shit even after bashing it.

    Well heck. The moment I saw his name is Anton, I started thinking of Anton Pliesnoi, an absolute stud in weightlifting from Georgia/Ukraine. And who would've guessed, this Anton is from Ukraine as well. But what the heck is in the genes of those two nations, Ukrainians and Georgians. World's strongest lifters and grapplers. And Anton seems like a really fun dude to chill with.
    This deficit deadlift looks as nasty as Jefferson curl... I can imagine the low back cramp from just thinking about it. Very timely, did front squats, rdl (not locking out or stopping knees from moving like Nicu Vlad intended it for back accessory for cleans) and bent rows after judo session. But I'm not Anton so I just rotate it with pullups and back hyperextensions throughout the week, pullups being the main movement and bhe more like a conditioning and physiotherapeutic accessory.
    Every gym should have stress relieving, recovery assisting dog.

    • @hogbog1018
      @hogbog1018 2 дні тому +4

      @@daxvaxDeadlifts in general produce ALOT of fatigue even in lightweights since you are still gonna have to work really hard to get something out of it.
      Anything that involves axial fatigue has nutty systemic fatigue build up lightweight or heavyweight. But the real value information here is should i deadlift on a cut? NOPE good lord just don't so you last longer on your cutting program. My limit is 2 months when im insane enough to include nutty compounds on my program like the big lifts like squats deadlifts bench press but if you are not cutting then its OK to do Deadlifts atleast for me anyways.

Do you have to include this on your program? Maybe, try it and thats the point. Are you interested? Yes. See what Mike did? Dude is smart and not just book smart.

    Should be an age limit on getting your pro card.
    No reason to promote younger test usage.

    You said to keep track of the partials separately in the RP app. How would you actually do this? Add a separate workout for the exercise?
