I have really enjoyed everything you've put out in terms of content, and I'm to the point of making a Twitch profile just to come watch you live. You represent what the OW community should be, and nothing will change my view on that.
Simple answer from my point of view, being a tank main: Were suppose to create space and pressure any snipers, depending on the hero, but if we move in to create that space needed, everyone else is just a chicken and doesnt follow through and the tanks end up dying and its apparently our fault.
I’d rather a tank move forward and die than stay still and die. If it ain’t working then switch tanks or make a new strategy than just repeating the same one, healing can’t keep you alive forever but moving forward can create openings for the team. If the dps sucks then let them bitch as you take gold, if your support sucks.... I’m sorry for your lost. Sincerely a support main who loves tank mains.
Just gotta love standing at choke while the enemy melts your shield instantly and your team has apparently never heard "break barriers" before. Then wait for DPS to get caught out in stupid positions and trickle in 1 by 1 for the next 4 and a half minutes. And then getting blamed.
6:30 "hanzo flanking down below, at the west virginia" reminds me of my favorite callout once i wanted to call out that genji might have ult and instead i said (translated) "watch out, genji might be on vacation" ("seid vorsichtig, genji könnte urlaub haben" was the actual callout) and i couldnt breathe for a good two minutes
In plat, you have to play both at the same time. If I play main tank, no one peels for the backline. If I play off tank, our main tank feeds or doesn't hold w. I don't get it

I'll load into a tank game and within three minutes I'm just like "ah yes this is why I stopped playing tank" it makes me sad because I WANT to play tank, but it's not worth it atm
Main tank is only fun when you have a team that talks and / or actually follows up with pushes and ults. Obviously you're having a lot of fun bc your ENTIRE TEAM is communicating and following up with your dives / pushes. The role is really hard for those in the Gold / Plat role because communication is nonexistent.
Settings disagree. Heroes like Winston or Hammond are designed to drain off the enemies resources and create space with drawing attention towards them so the dps can get the kills. You are basically saying it’s the dps‘s job to create space. Imagine a Genji going in alone to distract them... he would die in 1 second
Overwatch is like a abserd dnd char: You got healers that can’t heal Dps that don’t do dmg And tanks that get nerfed to hell and nobody wants to play them 😂
Playing tank for years I can tell you that tanks are under appreciated. Nobody ever says nice block but always hear nice kill when dps gets a kill. Sometimes you have to butter up heals but no one ever butters up a tank.
Since all the tank nerfs, dva beeing useless, monkey kinda just pops away due to high burst dmg over the years.. Rein is probably the only maintank that is atleast at some points playable even tho the shield nerf hit him very hard imo.
@@oukn6293 lol. Dva is the worst tank since all her nerfs, shes kinda more useless than roadhog, dies too fast, has nearly 0 dmg, can loose mech before even reach the DPS or run away. But console... you cant really aim, makes sense that she isnt that useless there, everything that can move is good on console.
