It's not uncommon for teams to wait until the next day for MRIs. The team's worth is not an issue.
You want to wait for inflammation to slow down. That 45 minutes you’re putting him in there machine last night, is 45 lost in his recovery if he has to get another mri cause they didn’t get a clear result the first time. He can’t come back BEFORE their game. They’re fine.

I knew something’s off it always feels awkward when bi cj and Zion play on the floor at first I thought it was spacing but it’s more like people forgetting they role
There was ONLY 3 minutes left and that team could NOT step up for their leader at his moment of weakness? I believe this team is racked with injuries. Actually even Alvarado isn't completely healthy. They played their hearts out this year, but Zion having to carry the load without Brandon Ingram because Brandon/CJ McCollugh had to carry the team (during Zion's absence) for a couple years just was too exhausting. This team should feel good about getting as far as they did and JUST regroup and heal wounds and come back next year. If i'm management, i get one more athletic center and move Larry Nance to Power forward behind Zion. I'd ONLY work on getting better role players (keeping ONLY Trey Murphy, Naji Marshall and Herbert Jones). All names mentioned would stay, names not mentioned must go.
