I am still wiping my tears. The nostalgia dates back to the early 1960s when I attended Mass in my hometown in Ghana, West Africa. Though not sang these days I will always remember the Gregorian Chant Credo in unum Deum
My thoughts exactly. I was a small boy growing in the capital city of Nairobi Kenya. My Church was and still is St Peter Clavers Church. Oh the sweet memories

I am learning this latin Credo (and re-learning my Catholic faith after decades of being a prodigal and rebellious child).
My favorite line: Deum de Deo, Lumen de Lumine, Deum Verum de Deo Vero, because as a teenager I kept an 'imaginary' confidant/friend: Lumiere -> Light and he had a friend called Passerelle -> Bridge -> Pont -> Pontifex (unaware the significant of the names until now and of the hidden treasure that's already gifted to me).
