Hmm testing the demo now, it's already done a plugin scan, but it's doing it every time it starts, which makes startup laborious.. It's putting me right off, as i often close and relaunch editors.. you need to fix this, please :)
Hi Teddy, I have improved very much the way of working with the audio editor in the new version 5.1, please just take a look to it! I'm sure you will like it.
Hmm, I am not seeing a way to preview audio files before import.. this has killed the entire program for me..i think you need to realise we often have hundreds of files in a project and need to verify we are importing the one we want to work on.. This is a real overlook in my opinion, and very non standard, as all the others offer this (adobe/wavelab/etc). PS Yes i know I can use apple quicklook but there is no volume control on that and it's just not the same as having an integrated browser with preview.
Hi Stefano - I have been using DSP-Quattro on and off for years and after Apple killed off Waveburner it has become my 'Go To' Red Book CD Mac OSX app for delivering DDP files to our manufacturer - had a project to do today for www.leejones-guitarist.com and purchased the upgrade to v5 - no problems at all - an excellent professional tool...
Ok, I won't post after this, as it's negative after negative.. the mouse wheel scrolling is so rough and jumpy and in such large segments.. This is very unpleasant to use.. This could be an indispensable program if more attention was paid to the little usability/workflow things. I am really disappointed. :(
Looks and sounds fantastic!
Thank you Stefano!
Thank you!
