I’m having a similar issue except mine balances when you try to write it it’s when it starts and making noises a lot of people are saying it’s a motherboard issue but seeing from what you’re saying, I can just replace the all sensors and get it fixed. Alien Rides hasn’t got back to me, but hopefully they will with a good solution. I just bought it in June so I haven’t had it very long. Wish me luck. I really hope they fix this cause I’m dead broke lol
I have same problem as he one of them has failed but now i see that old one was digital SS41 which is latching type while i have 49e which is linear analog at hand only will it act nicely with 49e as a replacement? Difference as i understand it is that ss41 is either fully on on fully off and state is latching while 49e i know it's used in handle to sense throttle position (voltage on out pin is 0.7 to 4.4 depending on magnetic field and pole ) i am confused if you know bit more please help.
@@yellouu_theree Hi, since I made that comment, I found the ss41's were no better or worse than the 49e, however, ss41's in the motor and throttle did not work for me (on 500W Bafang kit), worked fine when tested but after installation no longer worked while the 49e's in the throttle did work. I would suggest you stay with the original part, as you know there is a difference in these two transistors. Sorry I can't be more helpful, so far I got throttle working but not the motor, so my results are far from conclusive. To add to the confusion, this video has a link to the A3144 rated 4.7-24 Volts which makes no sense to me but we don't know what brand the motor is (maybe U.S. made). I'm just going to get a big bag of 49e's, they are cheap enough. Good luck to you, ride on !
@mongi4435 well the sensors inside it originally were clearly super cheap, they had zero markings on them at all . not sure if you thought they used super high quality sensors but thats clearly not the case. they where already cheap Chinese halls
Nice work George!
🍻
Awesome. You fixed it. Lets see a few Ride vids 😉😜

Thank you, George.
Holy molé! Nice repair!
awesome thanks for sharing

The hall sensors are generic Chinese 49E usually. Honeywell's SS41 is the common replacement. Nice video, 👍

Very interesting!
Nice fix!
came out surprisingly decent
Good job.
Can u post a link to tester

Hey George. Do you think the C38 motor uses same hall sensor? My commander Pro has hall error now.
@electric_rider2044 yeah the hall sensors are pretty cheap and the same regardless of magnet size
@@GoGeorge thanks bud.
Did you ask Alien Rides what hall sensors you need?
nope, I asked around a few friends who deal with repairs and none of them had a definitive answer. I just bought whatever
I would never use that stater. I would hate to have one of those cheap Chinese sensors fail at 45 miles an hour.

I watched this vid twice and I still can’t learn.
Sucks to be dumb 😭😂
