Omg... the free food!! I couldn't agree more. Happened to me at work the other day. Fully had two lunches because I didn't realize the office ordered food that day....so naturally I had to eat both.

Today I ate: steak, mushrooms, hassleback potatoes, salad, 5 pieces of Scottish all butter shortbread, chocolate Easter egg, toast with Cornish clotted cream, wasabi almond nuts. I’m a fitness instructor and Saturdays are my “days off”. You look amazing, girl. Stop overthinking, xxx
I really need to stop feeling bad about it. I actually hit a huge plateau in my healing mindset and I’m excited to talk about how I’m feeling with everyone!!
I love your vlogs really really much.Some tips to recover is 1st-use smaller plates so that way you can control your portions, 2-when you are eating a meal put on a plate everything you want to eat and eat it somewhere else other than kitchen this will make you stop snacking after eating, 3-educate yourself more on nutritions it will make you realize what foods are good and what give more harm ,this way you'll be more motivated to eat healthier for your body.I hope this is helpful ! When I eat I am now more focused on the nutrients and also how it can reduce the glocose spikes (my family has history of diabetes and that scares me out). I also try to fast intermittently. I think that helped.
I always use my period as an excuse to binge... unfortunately even when I'm not on my period. 😂I'll be like "well I'm about to get my period" and I'll be a week out 😅
