Love the video! Keep adding your personality, I love it! I agree with the lighter counters looking better and the dark backsplash makes it stand out more. But the 3rd one was my fav. Loved the guest area being separate and how big the owner's suite was. Big house for a lot of family!

These housing developments end up looking like ghettos in 10 years. If you're you're buy in Florida than look for established historical districts homes. They have great neighborhoods who keep their homes and neighborhoods top notch. Historical districts are the best way to go.
Hey Kaleb. Happy Father’s Day if it applies . 1st home looks small but let’s see the depth once in. Front bedrooms a little small but ok. Bathroom nice. Laundry to garage ok. Big pantry. Nice kitchen open concept. Like doors to the backyard. Covered lanai. QUESTION: if fenced , can pools be placed on a side yard if that’s where the majority of space is? Primary ok. Good shower. Closet workable. No linen closet though. In the sister home I like the kitchen color scheme better. 3rd nice elevation. Flex room ok. Nice kitchen/living/dining. Oh huge backyard. Good size bedroom #1. Bathroom shower looks like acrylic or fiberglass. Big primary. 2 closets 🙌🏼. Shower basic. Decent loft space. 3 good size bedrooms to 1 bath. All 3 homes lovely. In Australia, an hour from Sydney down the freeway. Those houses are 500-650 K. And if freshly built like these homes there ain't no grass, that's landscaping costs.
Maybe, there'll be a cheap colourbond fence so yay.

Would be a great deal but insurance in that area may cost between 10-20K a year plus taxes and upkeep, so this is very expensive. Even NYC and LA are cheaper yearly..
Only problem is hurricanes.

The first two houses were great! So few of the sub 300K houses have so many windows and they make you feel like you are in a cave.

Nice houses but Ocala has high crime, does not have many jobs there for a large migration to that area. Do your research.

Wait until mid 2024. You'll get better and bigger houses than this in FL for $75K

Countertops in first house were really nasty 🤮 White countertops in second prop were sooo much nicer! Wish I had capital to invest right now to pick up some rentals.

NOT A GOOD LOOK TO HAVE A SURFACE MOUNTED KIT. SINK ON TOP OF THE STONE ISLAND IN THE 3 RD HOME. THE ARCHED DOORS HAVE BEEN OUT OF STYLE FOR SO LONG NOW.. THEY ONLY SHOULD BE USED WITH COTTAGE OR MEDITERRANEAN STYLE ARCHITECTURE. ARE THESE CONCRETE BLOCK CONSTRUCTED HOMES ? WHO IS THE BUILDER ?
$300,000 is still overpriced and the mortgage rates are still too high.

Who wants to live in Ocala?!?!? Nothing special here.
Now I know the homes are brand new price is reasonable but look at these homes they're so boring they have no character whatsoever like the older homes do no uniqueness at all just four sided walls the basic kitchen bathroom nothing exciting about it at all I'm just saying that's what I noticed about these homes.
How much is the insurance?
We need until De Santis destroy the state economy to buy really cheap
