Does this battery actually provide 1200 watts when fully charged? Thank you and love your videos.

Technically it can discharge 1200 for one hour at which time it would be zero charge left in the battery. I would at least try and stop discharge at about 10% roughly. The battery is rated up to 12v at 100amps for discharge or 1200 watts. WoW uh ?
