As someone that owns the Arena Max, I can also say the way the floor and sides are held in place aren't very strong. Picking it up tends to be awkward and causes the floor to sag. I recommend putting something more solid underneath if you're going to move it. The updated Tombstone definitely hits harder than the original and is better suited for fighting compared to the OG one from 2016. Unfortunate you were having some gremlins with the RC tank robot. It's also funny you bring up the original because HEXBUG just re-released it and the Arena Max to include the new rechargeable SawBlaze and Whiplash toys. The sets otherwise appear unchanged, though the old arena has the updated floor design, but is otherwise the same type of material. I'd also recommend that if you're fighting the RC tank vs Tombstone, allow the driver of the RC tank to have a 3rd removable piece as the customizable ones like the tank only officially have two removable pieces vs 3 from Tombstone. The set itself was likely inspired by the BattleBots Bounty Hunters spin-off show as Tombstone is pretty much in the same design from when it participated in that side event.
