Yes it dose. The cable is just a way to connect the power comes from the battery in the pedal and in the amp. Thanks for watching much appreciated. Hope this helps
Good video thanks for making this. I own one of these the problem I have is the looper does not have undo /redo. function .basic loopers have this function like the rs1. Oh and the FS 7 does work without a power plug just no lights. FS6requires a battery to work but is easier to step on when I’m sitting at home. I use FS7 if I’m busking I use FS6😅 thank you keep turning out videos, friend
Thankyou for your review. I am stuck on the Roland street EX 2 or the ( Roland) Boss street two!? From the comments the Boss is probably Best for me cause I play acoustic guitar and its got the vocal harmony and 45 Or 90 second Looper too. Please give me your advice and experience with the Boss street 10 watts and the Roland street ex 2 that has watts control of 50.watts then 25 and half again to 12.5 watts. I almost got the Roland yesterday and I think I'm glad I didn't.
Hi Thanks for watching and writing in. I do not know much about the Roland unit. I can say that the Boss Cube street 2 has a very clear sound , love both the harmony, and looper. It has enough volume for a good crowd standing about 10 to 15 feet away and or a small coffee house. I mostly use it plugged in so I'm not sure how long the battery life would be. But I can say it's a lot of fun easy to set up and probably The lightest unit out there. Hope this helps. Thanks again.
I didn't know about the app thanks for sharing. But I am surprised the didn't add in the blue tooth chip. Most amplifier theses days are coming with it built in. Thanks for watching.
Good info. I'm trying to decide between that and the street ex. I like the idea of more power, but it's not blue tooth and I don't have apple devices. I liked and subscribed
Thanks so much for the like and subscribe. A bit more info I might have forgotten to share. On the back of the Boss street cube you have a Bluetooth optional adapter you can buy separately. If you can not use the Aux in. Just another way you can use it I think the Bluetooth option go's for about 40 to 50 bucks extra. Hope this helps and thanks once again 🙏.
It can take other pedals. And if your busking you need to make sure they can run on batteries. It's got a pretty good sound for a busking amp. Just about as good as any of the other Boss products.
Until I get that video made I did do a Demo video of the looper and the harmony pedals for this it's in my other videos. Check it out would love to hear what you think about it.
Thanks for watching and for taking the time to write in. Unfortunately you ca not control the loop volume independently. It's as loud or as low as you play.
Do you think this amp could be used on stage in a band straight out to pa and everyone on stage can hear you. Have a mobile phone on stand to make tweeks to effects etc on fly. Thinking about getting one to replace my current busking amp especially if its so versatile.
Good question thanks for watching. I know it can be lined out to a PA and it can be used as a personal monitor. Not to sure about the band situation, I've only used it as a solo artist artist. But it's a good little amp.
I have ordered this amplifier today Friday and get it on Monday.. I bought the boss fs-6 footswitch and the shop assistant told me that I needed two guitar leads to run from the two wider positioned sockets on the foot switch to the harmony input and the loop in put on the amp... I will need to control those two with the switch....Now I see that most people are using a one jack cable that splits out to two and then running it from the central input socket on the switch...Should I exchange the two leads for the single one like you have?
I have found it doesn't work well with electric guitar. The distortion is poor, it has an annoying hiss noise with electric guitar. The original Roland street cube has far superior sound quality. Can u put a link to the foot pedal cable u use please
Thanks for watching really appreciate it. I'm not very tech-savvy so unfortunately I don't know how to put a link on the pedal however it's just a simple boss foot switch. I don't play electric guitar so thanks for letting me know this. It work pretty good with acoustic electric. Maybe the new fender highway guitars will be more compatible with this system.
Nice to hear different Techniques, But i don't use any backing tracks. I'm strictly acoustic and vocal. This is a very nice unit light weight easy to carry around.
I've had it for over a year and for acoustic and vocal is fantastic!! But for electric guitar... The original Roland Street Cube has a far better sound for electric guitar! I have the Boss FS-6 for it, and it's ok.. My gripe is there is no undo command for the looper. Why!! My other gripe.. they, (as far as I know) don't have a tripod for it. Also the Android app looks like it was designed for Android 5 os. The apple apps are much better but they are still very dated. Why bother putting a poor looper on it and having an app that works well with the amp but is a poor app (android). Lots of potential in a very well made amp but not enough support for it after release. They could have pushed the midi pedal they make and made it useful with this amp. They could have given us access to the boss katana app for tone design. But no we are stuck with a poor app with limited functions. Lots of potential but lacking. Though if your and acoustic vocalist it's great..
Thanks. It was a detailed and informative video. If you fix some sound/mic quality it will be fantastic. Don't stop keep recording
Thanks for watching
A very nice, informative video! Thanks!
Thank you very much for watching. Hope it helped.
Thanks excellent review I’m buying one
Thanks for watching. Really appreciate it. You'll love it. It just so much fun so many options for both vocal and guitar.
Good, this builds on your previous video. Thank you.
Thanks so much I appreciate the input.
Not sure if I understood properly, that pedal with one switch (for harmony) works with those cables to amp, while I’m busking on batteries, right? 🤔
Yes it dose. The cable is just a way to connect the power comes from the battery in the pedal and in the amp. Thanks for watching much appreciated. Hope this helps

Thanks so much for watching. So glad you enjoyed the video. I appreciate the kind words 🙏
Lol it is bluetooth compatible. You just have to but the adapter and download the app
@@dionermen842 I believe you have to buy it separately. So it doesn't come with it.
@ttaurus393 true, but it is still compatible. The first roland street cube and th EX is not mo adapter can be out on it
I don't remember saying it wasn't. If i did sorry my mistake. @@dionermen842

Roland own boss. Lol
Considering that this amp has an app to controll the bilt in effecrs its supprising bluetooth isnt built in.

Does it work well with overdrive pedals?
Thanks for watching. Yes it works like all the other amp. You can add a pedal board if you like.
Does it take multi FX pedal like helix, zoom, line 6 , how good does it sound ? 🤔
It can take other pedals. And if your busking you need to make sure they can run on batteries. It's got a pretty good sound for a busking amp. Just about as good as any of the other Boss products.
Great, honest and helpful review. I'm currently looking at a busking setup. Would be great if you could demo it with a song?
Thanks for watching. I appreciate your feedback, and that's a great suggestion I'll definitely look in to making a video with a song. Thanks again
Until I get that video made I did do a Demo video of the looper and the harmony pedals for this it's in my other videos. Check it out would love to hear what you think about it.
Can you control the volume of the looped recording on an independent basis to blend with your live guitar playing?
Thanks for watching and for taking the time to write in. Unfortunately you ca not control the loop volume independently. It's as loud or as low as you play.
I have my boss ex cube previous model not the 2 on a pa stand. I love it! That’s too bad the newest one has no pa stand hole.
I agree it's the only thing missing.
Do you think this amp could be used on stage in a band straight out to pa and everyone on stage can hear you. Have a mobile phone on stand to make tweeks to effects etc on fly. Thinking about getting one to replace my current busking amp especially if its so versatile.

Great vid. Subbed. TY.
Thanks so much, I appreciate the support. Glad you enjoyed the video.

I use Boss GT-1 guitar effects pedal for electric guitar. I use the Bluetooth duo and send backing tracks from my iPad. Sound is adequate for busking.
Nice to hear different Techniques, But i don't use any backing tracks. I'm strictly acoustic and vocal. This is a very nice unit light weight easy to carry around.
You aren't setting it up right!
