I absolutely love the idea of doing a community war and what not. And I love the idea of having "Mercenaries" to fill in as well. I can total Role Play as a Mercenary Captain. I'm 100% geeking out about the idea of playing some more organized fights in Chivalry 2. I really hope this plan works out! I'll be there!
I think the campaign is a fun idea for Chivalry, Verdun has something similar build in the game. After every season a killcount for both sides, Entente vs Central.
I think this is what gives variety streamers (or "content" creators) the edge. The fact that their audience doesn't consist of only one game or one genre of game fans. They usually focus on their ability to make games entertaining, and they can do that most effectively with games they are enjoying themselves. I believe your channel will eventually get there, but it will take some time and maybe some decline in channels performance in YT algorithms.

I love this game way more than ForHonor! Cause your rewarded with team work and that’s how you dominate the map. In ForHonor, it’s more punishing to team up/gank thanks to the revenge system. Entire rounds can flip because of a well timed revenge one v four, not because of skill, because of the nonstaggerable, extra health, and unlimited stamina… like the game, don’t get me wrong, but this game is way more fair

Something you could do if one private server is too much but you still want to include everyone is you could do Agatha vs. Mason on one server, and Agatha vs. Mason on the other, and if Agatha wins the campaign on one, and Mason wins the campaign on one, they have an epic final pitch battle. If Agatha or Mason win both, then they win the event.
