He can easily sneak up on him from behind and land a devastating blow since he can also phase through itachi's susanoo. Itachi has very low chakra reserves while Obito has immense chakra. Other than that, no one understood kamui. With madara's rinnegan, Obito easily dominates Itachi LMAO.
