- My girl says it's ugly. I kinda like it haha Ran good when I got it, but needed some aging parts replaced. Seat is a little faded on top, but no tears. Plastics are nice and bright.

I just bought one of these for $500, I was just wondering what other people paid for it so I can gauge how much money to invest in it. Comsetically its a little beat up by i dont mind, it adds to the character
I picked one up in pristine condition, less than 2K miles on it for just about $3k. Probably not a steal but hopefully not a ripoff considering the great condition?
@@probablysomedingus75 sounds like a good deal if it is mint condition! found mine under a tarp in some old guys backyard so it will take some work which is why I got mine cheap. Haven't been able to fix it up yet and get it to run but hopefully it will work soon, this will be my first real bike

Mine won't be for sale any time soon haha ;)I kinda like the seat height and the old school air cooled motor on the Sherpa. But the KLR is a bit faster and has a little more grunt. So it's a toss up. I let them take turns. lol

I have the same klr 250 do you know what there are worth? mine has 1000 miles on it
Sold that one a couple years ago. Think I got 1,800 for it. Someone told me they bought one recently for 3 grand. If yours is clean and that low of mileage I would think you could 3 thousand or so. Guess it would depend a lot on the market in your area tho.
