Yeah, the whole point, IMO, of ASMR, is softer speech, even if I do kinda prefer slower motion. The world itself is fast enough as it is, which can feel overwhelming for me. What Cap here is doing is a mixture of slow and fast speech, right in the mics, with whispery tones, which doesn't exactly make me sleepy per se, but it does give me heckin tingles and makes me feel like my cortisol levels are reducing at least a little. 😅

This was definitely a rather relaxing video to watch whilst in bed, as the leather work gloves, soft ramblings and crunchy brain asmr had definitely hit thr right spot. I'm also still living off D&G light blue that you recommended many videos ago, it smells that good!

Like, telling the hypnotee that they have to resist trance makes the trance deeper, for example.
