I know, myself being born in 91, I've noticed from looking at people from game shows, and talk shows (as a prime example) from back in the day. I noticed that too. A lot of it had to do with genetics/no preservatives in food, which didn't stunt growth/aging appearance. With the 80s and 90s in particular, Women for some reason were really into auntie looking conturing/makeup, and hair the same. With men, the guy in the first segment, is going for the grandpa rocker glam look for some reason, which makes him look older. We dressed more maturely, acted maturely. It was a different time.
It's the hair that makes them look older.
@@katemiller7874 The best-dressed girls in high school looked like they were going to work in an office.
Grew up in SLC. Loving the adds.
When you've been walked out on you truly realize looks aren't important. I just want a man who behaves himself and is faithful and isn't acting "burdened" by being faithful. He's happy and wants to do so. Basically......I may not ever find anybody. 😢
How could he not be her type??!! He’s gorgeous!
She seemed kind of hard on him! But I wasn’t there, maybe he was a flake?
Sounds like it. Making a reservation so there’s some structure to the date is important.
Flakes don't show up.
He looks so much like Bon Jovi /So Amazing ♥️
I think I liked the retro commercials more....
Even better because of the city station airing the episode being stuff different than if it was my city.
With mine, there was at least one Linda Soundtrack ad in every episode (UA-cam her, OKC)
These kids with roommates and cars that break down . . . you couldn’t pay me to be young again. 😆
It's back in style, only it's their parents as the roommates into their 20's and up😆
I went to school with Stephen Whitley he was very nice always wore cowboy boots whitewash denim jeans and I remember that sweater!!! Matter of fact that's what he look like everyday in high school!!! we graduated in 1988!❤❤❤ I don't live in Massachusetts anymore so I'm not sure what Steven has been up to I'm down in Florida😢

Amy was horrible. Bet she wound up with a lot of cats.
I doubt it. She probably found a msn better suited for her
She's my Accountant
@@ff2154 How many cats does she have? Is she married in a healthy happy relationship? Being an accountant is easy...raising a family...now that's tough.

$1.24 hamburgers
Damn, cheap hamburgers. Can those days come back?
Made in chiner
Wonder what happened to Brenda and Dan.
They were super cute.
It blows my mind how, in the past, people tended to look much older than their age.
I know isn't that weird? 🤔
But guys also dressed kinda older, like in the 80s and 90s you saw more younger guys dressing formal/wearing suit jackets and stuff, so yeah. Just my own theory.
It’s the hair
you look older than you age too ,you just don't know it.
@@taralen1101 he's not grandpa rocker glam, he's very handsome! People only look older to you because the styles are outdated.
I loved watching love connection and newly we'd shows
I was 14 years old lol
