It definately is bass boosted, but I'll try to explain to you why this one doesnt sound bass boosted for you.
My bass boost of this song, has more clean and lower bass, which some subwoofers and speakers cant reproduce.
For subwoofers/speakers that are affected by that, this bass boost will sound bad indeed.
If I really was a bad bass booster, I wouldnt have 600 likes vs 15 dislikes on this video, and I also wouldnt have 800+ subscribers.

Its probably because Samsung implemented it in the settings and only made users able to use a profile (music, movie, etc) and not custom like in the normal Dolby app.

Thats not true.
This one has the very low bass, boosted a lot, but the higher frequency bass, lowered a bit to make the lower bass stand out more.
Not all speakers can play that low (its around 30hz I think), so for some ppl it will sound like it has less bass
