@@doitbeforeyouareready6864 I was thinking. Maybe you could help me. I’m looking for land for my beautiful fiancé and I. We are flexible. Prefer near the water with a good hospital in the city. We could even go provincial. Where is a really nice cheap area to live. Not too touristy. Thanks heaps. Mick.
For me, and maybe most Filipinos, the most beautiful place in the Philipines is Batanes. But Palawan was twice voted The Most Beautiful place or island IN THE WORLD. With so many eager to travel, foreign travel vloggers in the Philippines, I wish someone would decide to dedicate his time and show us, foreigners and Filipinos, all around Palawan so we would see why is it the best. Anyway, because of travel restrictions, you're lucky because you are there and can enjoy places and with not so many tourists, and lucky because I think it seems you can take your time to do that. Power on.
I would say Baguio is supposed to be the best place because of the cold temp.. Prob is if it rains, it pours in Baguio.. In Batanes, it pours really really hard.. And both Batanes and Baguio are on the Pacific Ring.. That's what makes Palawan for me the best.. But if you ask locals, they will always say that it's the cool Pines City..
Beautiful kids, they make me smile when I see them. I don't know why. 👍 Btw that property is a steal with big mango trees, rice paddies and a flowing clean river. Awesome place. 👍

Great video! Asawa and I are selling our home on Oahu and moving to Philippines. Will be traveling around looking for farmland. Would like to connect with you if you have the time! Mahalo
I agree, that was my plan. But my wife is from Narra, and she is not a fan of living rural anymore. I don't blame her - Puerto has more to offer in many ways. We do take the kids to plant trees on the farm regularly. It's an investment for their future. And perhaps a quiet retirement spot for when we are old.
Hello, my wife and I are looking to retire in Palawan. Would you know a similar, reasonably priced farmland in Narra. Hope you and your wife help. Thanks, Leo
Hey there im in the uk. I’m after 3 or 5000sqm to build a simple house on and for it to be a small farm so we can live off the land. Do you know of any land or do you have some land available? 250k php is my budget. 🇵🇭☀️🌴🐍 thank you. Nice vlog 😎
Yes, 5000 sqm of rural farmland for 250K PHP is readily available in Palawan. The first challenge is finding land that has a clean title. If you are a foreigner you cannot own the land - it must be in a Filipino's name. However, you can lease the land from a Filipino for 25 years at a time, up to 50 years (be sure to consult a lawyer). If you are not married to a Filipina with kids, I recommend against buying land or condo as it is cheaper and much less headache to simply rent. See my video "The Price of Living in the Philippines: Good and Bad". For me, buying farmland was an investment for my kid's future.
Hello mate I am married to a Filipina and our son is 10. Looking for a nice piece of land to live self sufficiently as much as possible. So if you know of any give me a shout 🌴😎🐍🍻 Thanks for replying to us 👍🏼

Very kind of you Lang. They make me smile too! For me, this farm is our little slice of paradise.
Lapu-Lapu is Filipino hero too. No English translation
My wife remembered the hero Lapu-lapu after the video. The fish is a grouper I think.
Very relaxing place ... are you living there full time ? ... greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪❤️🇵🇭👍
Not full time, no. It's more an investment for my kid's future. Or perhaps when my wife and I are older.

Don't get close to the buffalo horns man, even the kids..
I agree. I would not approach an animal like that on my own. Kuya said this Carabao is gentle, though.

Fair enough assessment. This was my 3rd video. I'm new to video editing. Could you make any specific recommendations to help me improve? Thanks :)
