Dance is high praise, I heard. David danced in God's presence, close to the Ark of the covenant. When we are in His presence... it's just a natural consequence :)
Hanneke, read your Bible in the context of the Bible. Why was David dancing? Because the Ark was brought back to Jerusalem. 2 Samuel 6. Read what happened to Uzza. Now listen to what Paul Manwaring says about dancing from 0:33 Does that relate to 2 Samuel 6? Does it relate with anything in the Bible? Always remember: when someone comes with a message from the Spirit (that’s what Paul says) it HAS to be in line with Scripture. Always. The Bible is the Word of God, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God. And you know there are other spirits. They’re not from God. So discernment is necessary.
@@wilsonsmith9628 Thanks for your Bible quote about dancing. Good to read you have discernment. It’s not my intention to discuss about fleshly and spiritual dancing. I can feel along with you when God renews in you the joy of His salvation, that you can leap for joy and all that. But it’s about the things Manwaring says about God dancing with you, dancing you through your sorrow and pain. That’s not biblical. At best it’s emotional talking, at worst it’s heresy. Does that matter? I think so. How many people are leaving Christ because their believe was based on heresy what didn’t work at the end? Manwaring is responsible for what he’s preaching about God. God isn’t dancing with us when we’re in trouble. He will not leave or forsake us, even if we don’t feel it. We still can know it because He said so. That’s radically something else, ain’t it?
So glad for their “yes” to partner with the CO-mission they have with God! Stefanny not only leads worship in the moment, she has mentored me into a lifestyle of worship.
Oh it makes me so happy to see where worship has come! I move very similarly to Stephany and in the 90’s, on a Vineyard worship team I freaked a lot of people out! 😂. God would have me do “weird” things but as an intercessor I knew what He was doing and I had my pastor’s blessing. (He also led the worship) I had only seen one other person move the same as I do and that is Kristene Potter. Over the years as I continued to be undignified, I saw more freedom come into worship. Someone said to me that though I wasn’t accepted, I was ushering it in even as I worshipped in my living room. My heart leapt when I saw Stephany for the first time! I thought “ it’s happens!” And I also thought “huh, that’s what I probably look like”. When Stephany left Bethel she said to Bill “thank you for giving me a place”. My heart melted. Yes Bill. Thank you for giving Stephany a place! I still do “weird” things with dance. Even weirder than before but I know what it does and I will continue to let Holy Spirit do whatever he wants to do through my body. The Lord called me wild. That word means- in it’s original state. Untamed. Un domesticated. The Lord told me that the church has become domesticated. It doesn’t function in its natural state. Let us move in our natural state as citizens of heaven! On earth!
Praise-filled warriors will enforce the judgment decreed against their enemies. This is the honor he gives to all his godly lovers. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Psalms 149:9 TPT There's immense power in praise. I really do pray that the Church awakens to the power of praise and worship. I remember once hearing Steffany saying "do something weird with your body... Just move" I laughed and thought this was such a bold statement. But she's just being obedient and so are you. You're privileged to have the freedom you do. Many worship leaders don't. God bless Bill and the leadership of Bethel that have given worship leaders freedom to worship in obedience to the Lord
Amen. God continually pushes me to more and more places that require me to lay down my dignity and self-respect... and do some weird things... but I know things are being released in the Spirit. We need to lean not on our own understanding but have faith and honor how Holy Spirit is leading us. 🙌🙌🙌
One of my favorite worship moments. I go back to it over the years and Mr. Manwaring's voice to it has blessed me so much. His words were powerful and prophetic! 🙏😄🥳 Bless the Lord!!!! I love to dance for You Lord! 💃
And check it with Scripture. It always has to be in line with the whole context of Scripture. So when people put the Spirit above the Bible: that’s Red Flags!
beautiful!! this is what true freedom is! where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom but where the spirit of religion is this is wrong and crazy!! i rather be crazy and free for the Lord any day than to be bound by religion!!
A simple Bing search asking "Is Google Christian?" will show you that Google is anti-Christian. However, search the Lord. Ask Him what He is Lord over. "Are You Lord over dancing? Are You Lord over music? Are You Lord over all of creation and everything that is good?" This search will result in a resounding "Yes!"
The way he respects her jusssst 😭❤
Wow. It was so powerful. It was so clear how for Steffany to sing that was such a leap of faith but the whole shifted as she started to sing this.
So powerful 👑🔥🔥🔥
...and I'll become even more undignified than this...dancing with my ABBA💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

There’s a difference of dancing in the spirit and dancing in the flesh.

@@ODEMUZIC finally someone who posts a biblical view
Lol, I just found this out 11:11 & I jumped out of the bed, started to dance. I remember dancing all the time.. He is the Lord of the dance...
Dancing in my bed while watching....so I'll and needing healing...perfect moment to kick the covers off and move my feet regardless of how I felt!
I think an anointing of dance in these times is released, dance upon our situations and problems ...oh , haleluia
