Really like your reviews. Just bought a 2012 rx350 and I'm in love with this car. A lot of cars comes with the head rests tilted forward and for me no matter how the seat is adjusted I feel I can't get 100% comfy.

Brock, as a Lexus driver, I found your tips quite useful. In all honesty, I wasn't aware of some of that information. I'm always kind of amazed on how much I continue to learn about my current Lexus GS, having been a Lexus owner for nearly 10 years and I'm about to get my 3rd one. I’m 11 years old and if I will drive I mostly drive our LS430, LS460L, LS460F With blacked out mirrors and rims, 2007 ES350 and LX570 but I always raise the seat to the max but I’m happy I saved my seat on my LS460L

You were in the way when showing how to take the headrest off. Do you just pull it up and off? Or is their a trick to it? I don't want to just start yanking on it and break it. Thank you. great feature. I just love it. I own a 2004 LS 430 fully loaded with 250,000 miles on it. And it still drives smooth as silk. I am retired now and I like to take trips sometimes by myself. This will save me a lot of money cause I don't have to rent a room $80.00 or $100.00 a night.

I had an 02 ls 430 with nav. Somebody hit me a few weeks back and i had to find another. Ended up getting an 06 ls 430 w/o nav. 51,000 miles. Great condition. Was missing my navigation initally but after watching your vids on the ls430 and learning more about the controls, i feel a lil bit better about it though I still have my moments. I realize I never really used the nav anyway and its was a headache to update. It kind of looked like a videogame now that I think about it. Off my soap box. Thanks for making these vids bruh. I have a 2020 RX350, and this is the only car that I have ever owned that I absolutely dont like. The seats are hard and not cushioned. I bought seat covers to try and give me extra padding but it has not helped. I also have to duck down to get in every time and im only 5'7. Overated for Luxury, but I guess reliability.

my 01 GS430 seat feels like it's to high and i'm 6'0 210lbs. I have it on the lowest setting but it still feels like my heads to close to the ceiling. Any tips or other people who have experienced this? My moms BMW I love it because the seat goes all the way to the floor so you don't feel like a giant driving it. I feel like if i could just get my seat to go down like .5-1 inch more it would be perfect.

Any tips on the ES350 2014 seat - it felt fine on the test drive, but after driving 3 hours straight it's caused severe upper back strain, so it's hard to drive 5 minutes. If you look at the seat, about where there's a mid line it starts to curve forward again unlike the previous generations. It upper portion pushes my shoulders forward leaving a very small void right below shoulder blades that I cannot fill no matter how I adjust the seat. It's a nightmare, an ergonomic disaster. I'm only 34 and no other Lexus or Toyota I've owned and currently own causes this pain. The best closed thing to a solution I've found is inflate the lumbar all the way, which for some reason goes half way up the chair and pushes me far enough away my shoulders no longer be pushed forward as badly, so it's more bearable, though I feel like I'm sitting on a rock. Does the 2007-2012 seat back bolt directly on with same specs as the 2013-2018? I'm wondering if I could swap just the back portion out without causing problems in the airbag systems.

By comparison, my friend has a 2019 Camry, sat* in it as soon as I made it to his place on 4 hour trip and immediate upper back relief as there was actual cushioning there instead of a divot that's in the ES350 2014 ('13-'18 I presume) and unlike, I see on the Genesis G90, the very top portion cannot be tilted back to be contoured correctly to the body - 6'1" 150lbs. Anyhow, if the 07-2012 driver's seat back would fit to the 2013-2018 that would be a life saver.

relaxus, what i dont like is the fact that the seat is moving in my specific position when opening the door ! I like to step in when seat and steering wheel is all the way back and after i switch power on or buckle on it should move in my personel position ! otherwise its not an easy exit and entry, only a easy exit.

1-Can the same be done on the left/driver's side (of course, moving the steering wheel out of the way and parked)?
2-Can that seat configuration you showed (flat front and reclined rear) only be performed on the 2004-2009 LS430, not on any prior years? Just want to confirm.

there is a major flaw in driver's sitting position (in rx400h but also still quite a bit in later versions) and there is nothing I can do with it. I'm a bit tall (6.0) and the steering wheel maximum reach is not enough for me. Therefore to be able to grab comfortably the top of the wheel with slight bend in elbows I have either to streighten the seat prop vertically like a bus driver or to bend my knees and get closer to pedals. It's very annoying and I'm looking for a garage that could put a spacer in between the steering wheel and the console but cannot find it yet.

sc430 2006 memory seat switch on door not working. a couple of years ago same thing happened and I found on utube a way to raise the seat, lower the seat, several times and low and behold it fixed the problem. When sitting in the driver's seat lift the center console (armrest) and look in the the console. There wil be a tab labeled "aux" and the input will be under that tab. I hope this helps!

Damn, Now I need to upgrade my330 to a newer 350. I've got the 2 position memory seats for me and my wife, so we're both happy. I'm 6'5" and she's 5'5". I will not buy another car that doesn't have memory seats+. All my past Mercedes had them and that spoiled us. Thankfully, Lexus offers them on the Lexus models I would consider buying.

the only possible explanation as to why this lady would like to keep them completely stationary is to minimize the usage of these small electric motors, so they last longer. Otherwise, the positions all return to EXACTLY where you set them.
