My understanding from vid is a problem with supply chain. Later there’s a mention of the engine’s efficiency. I just flew on an Airbus 319 xxx(xxx=something I don’t recall.) Roughest takeoff ever experienced. And the engine whined the entire 2.5 hours. Loudest I can remember. Stewardess had trouble hearing me. In business, so not near the engine.
The best plane for knee bruises is a sardine-can seat arrangement in the A220-neo . It makes me love my fond memories of peanuts, pretzels and AOL CDs, which all tasted the same on North-Worst airlines in the 90's. But they had lots of leg/headroom in those L1011's plus a free deck of playing cards. Condor's A220neo had dual walkways not single. thus 3-5-3 seating Also, the BT and WiFi was not working. The movie service was boring. CONDOR has a new striped livery that matches the Frau attendant manager's personal service like a striped prison suit in Stalag 13. Loud and rude for any irritations from lack of sleep. Their class is ECO and LIGHT on POLITE.😂😂😂 I wonder if they tried to increase the max seating capacity from 200 to a 220. All seats were 100% sold.
It is a brainer…..I’ve already talked to DL Mechs and parts are hard to get, has its growing issues like any new acft and it’s one option on Pratt engines. Unless United Tech can get its shit together and fig out there engine plus be able to supply parts to its customers…..till then, your better off waiting for a Max. Now, if SOMEHOW AIRBUS can straighten the A220 out quick fast and start supplying parts….they can take market share. Time will tell
There are no problems with the A220 that Pratt & Whitney can't fix. I've taught the jet since 2018. It is NOT "Bomb bar deer" either.
