You seem to have some 7 string knowledge, maybe you can help demystify something for me, I see photos of 540s7 (possibly only made in red and black in 91 ish) and all have a volume+tone knob with a humbucker and 2 single coil configuration , custom on the fretboard and dots for the rest. There is a similar model i keep seeing listed as a 2000 S7420FM in Transparent Blue which supposedly ran for only 1 year, every photo shows a single volume knob (no tone) and switch where the tone would be, plus the standard 5 position selector its always a double humbucker setup shown. Here is the other oddity every photo shows simple dots for frets and yet there are images with "waves" on the frets. Which model would the wave be ? Serial numbers seem to put it at 2000 out of the Japan factory. Nice tone BTW!

Ive always wanted one of these. I have the 6 string version. How's the neck feel? Is it still "wizard" like? Always been curious how a 7 string sabre would be.
The neck is actually much thicker. It feels like a thicker Wizard in a way, but not quite as flat feeling. Very comfortable. Yeah man, I've been on the hunt for one of these for quite some time.

I think it is the same model, but there may just been a limited run with the inlays, or maybe just for one year? Just an idea from my research.

What amp were you running looks like a plexi 1959slp or 1987x love those amps.
