Hello Madam...how are you....I tried this biscuit....it turned out very well n I got proper shape... thank you... I had tried butter cookies with small change....by adding little more maida n added milk used 1m nozzle n made flower design n kept in fridge for 30 mins....baked 180 degree for 15 mins ...bt it was baked outside n inside it was unbaked..... Any solution from your side mam....

Hi Neha, thanks for watching our video 🙏 vanilla custard powder gives nice flavour, taste and slight golden colour inside the biscuits... You can skip this ingredient as per your taste. Hello good evening Madam..... I tried this salt biscuit..... Taste was delicious better than bakery.... Bt one thing I roll the dough bt it was sticking to the rolling pin n I couldn't take out the round cookies piece from rolling pan.... Suggestion please madam...
Hi Prema, very good evening.... thank you for sharing your experience... Hope you had added all the ingredients, guess, there must be three reasons for sticky dough 1. If we increase the butter quantity dough becomes sticky. 2. We should not over mix biscuit dough.. it should be in crumble texture .. otherwise due to our hand heat butter will fully get melted and it becomes sticky. 3. Roll it gently, do not press the dough with rolling pin. Hope this is useful to you in your next baking🥰👍
