ok so, something about this just hits. i've come back to this one multiple times. i can never come up with the right thing to comment but maybe tonight will be different. 2 months later lol. i don't know if this was intentional but putting the scene at the end where veronica says "you didn't feel anything did you?" just sums it all up. i feel like archie has become desensitized to all this trauma. even if he doesn't realize it himself it's still there. it goes all the way back to the first episode with the "archie got hot" line. his physicality was the catalyst that set off a list of a lot of horrific events. not that its his fault obviously. but it is so unique how his sexuality is linked with a lot of these events as you've shown in this video. it can easily be dismissed but it's so clear when you showcase it like this. poor boy. anyways, i truly loved this one. the concept and the song was just beautiful. thanks for another stunning creation. ❤️
thank YOU for this comment 🥺 yeah, that last line was honestly improvised? but once i got it all lined up and reviewed all my clips, it just kinda ended the journey of the video so perfectly in a way i had a hard time doing non-spontaneously. it was hard to think of where to end it, but yeah, i agree it really kinda sums up the way so much of the audience and writers and even characters themselves have come to view archie's sexuality / trauma, which are unfortunately linked like.... way too much of the time. it's not seen as that big of a deal when really it's...... so so messed up when you sit down and think about it. give him therapy 2021 pls 🙏
I hate how people think miss Grundy and him had a good relationship. She abused him . I hate how they didn’t address it like it should have been .Also Archie has been through too much . I know people don’t like how Archie has kissed everyone but people do that it isn’t a weird thing
