Yes, there will be a free demo where you can build the world and separate voxel objects. I'm working on helicopter demo right now. But the demo world will be limited to a smaller area. Still big enough to experiment.

it looks good, but what seperates it from minecraft? you cant just say its not the next minecraft and then make the next minecraft, what difference does it have?

haha, good point...making a game is a bit like mining...you never know what you're going to discover...however, one key difference will be ability to create separate objects, like cars, planes, etc and actually drive/fly them in the world.
