Explosive end. I love the thematic pairings and villains. The hardest part of Ultron for me is always tracking the slight variations on drones with the different stages.
Played back to back solo against expert Mysterio and Absorbing Man using Ironheart with your deck. Wiped the floor with both of them once I got to level 3. Ironheart is fast becoming one of my favourites in MC, with Quicksilver, Cap and Doc Strange! Thanks for another fun playthrough!
Well that was a heck of an entertaining game. I don't think I could have played Iron Man and Ironheart two handed as both decks require build-up, but you rocked it. I really need to explore aggression and protection as aspects, because at the moment I am so focused on justice and leadership. Thanks for the video!
Wow! 49 damage in one turn from each Hero plus you had spare???!!!? Wow!!! Think I may use these two together more often. I’m glad I’m not the only one playing Iron-Man in Protection.
Hi 👋 These two heroes are very powerful once equipped. The new aggression card that adds the cost for more damage is awesome. Good game and thank you for the end debrief 😀
@@DaletheCasualGamer Yeah very much, I still love Captain America though to get all the allies out, but I'm all in on Ironheart currently. You excited about the Xmen stuff coming?
@@DaletheCasualGamer She's easily become one of my favorites. I just played through the Sinister Motives campaign for the first time playing two-handed solo with Ironheart Justice and Ghost-Spider Protection. Had an absolute blast.
I think Ironman and Ironheart make a good pair, although arguably overpowered given the damage you inflicted in the final round. I guess that's the reward for building up your heroes 😉. I also like the choice of Ultron and branching out beyond Justice. It shows your versatility in constructing and managing decks. Nice job!
Thanks for watching! I knew "building" two characters could lead to a threat problem, but they both have some built in management, and once they are built up, both are super powerful! Keep it close on the first villain version, and then just overpower the second villain. Amazing the damage output Iron Man can deal with just his core cards and playing into a heavy energy/mental resource deck. :)
Kind of a random question from someone relatively new to this game- what product does the set of standard II cards come in? I'm not sure I have those, but it seems like it would be fun to slightly increase the power of the villains that I'm enjoying fighting
@C Bav Thanks for watching! The Standard II and Expert II cards come in "the Hood" encounter pack. He is a fun villain, as he brings in random modular sets during the game. Happy gaming! :)
Very impressive on how they dealt with thwarting, considering neither of them ran justice. Hey Dale have you tried the Marvel Champions Randomizer yet. It's really cool if you haven't yet you should check it out.
@@DaletheCasualGamer yeah that's the one I use. It has provided some very nice scenarios that I would have never thought of. It actually has me playing Galaxies most wanted villains again 😂
Would you think the two of them get bulk discounts on Turtle Wax for to buff out the scratches afterwards? It just so happens I’m going against Ultron tonight with Riri (L) and Nova (A). I hope I can do as well as you. Digging for progress counters is my new favorite thing ever. Honed Technique is probably broken, just saying. Using dead Tony AI while real Tony is sashaying ‘round the battlefield may not be illegal but it sure is creepy. Biggest mistake you made is not firing off Ironheart’s counters for a big finale. M’gawd man, it’s the 4th. Show some patriotism 🎆
Into the Fray + Honed Technique is great against Ultron, no more drone and 8 threat gone from the main scheme too! Even better if you can work in Overkill somewhere (Nebula's Cutthroat Ambition for example).

@David Ko I have that same problem, which is why the Sinister Motives set is so hard for me ... so many other things to track. :)
Great game! love watching as usual, that last turn was insane!
@Sean Klose. Those blasters were set to a full charge!! Thanks for watching! :)

@JakerMaker Glad to hear you having success with Ironheart! Very satisfying to build up her armor and then take control! :)
@@DaletheCasualGamer Same feeling as when I played DBZ CCG back in the day with powering up the personality levels
Awesome game! I love watching and playing with the Armor hero's!
@Darren Rumsey Thanks for watching! So satisfying building up the armor for both heroes! :)

I wasn't sure how they were going to do without some help from Justice, but they were able to keep threat in check as they built up! :)
Yeesh, that last turn was bonkers.
@Jack A For a non-aggression deck, Iron Man put out some damage, and Ironheart proved she can be a power blaster too!! :)

@Ragnot Greymane Once they get built up, they can deal some damage ... especially a non-aggressive Iron Man! And he's gotta be protection for me. :)

I am absolutely loving Ironheart at the moment, she and Ms Marvel are the decks I'm enjoying the most.
Great 2 heroes!
@@DaletheCasualGamer Yeah very much, I still love Captain America though to get all the allies out, but I'm all in on Ironheart currently. You excited about the Xmen stuff coming?
I'm intrigued to try Ironheart with Aggression. I've been playing her with Leadership & Justice.
@Skye I think she is one of the special heroes that will shine with any aspect. Have fun trying her with aggression! :)

2 double resource card each, helicarrier and Quincarrier at the first turn... A great start!
No complaints from me! :)

I would add ever vigilant to your iron man deck there over the momentum shifts.
@Guy Ryan Thanks for the suggestion! :)
I think "look" you not shuffle. So you will look just one card and add to your hand. Same thing for tony stark ability
Thanks Henrique! :)

lol Tony's obviously back, and working double time with the AI. Sorry about the lack of fire works, but didn't apply for the permit soon enough. ;)

@@DaletheCasualGamer it's one of the most fun new cards we've had for a while for sure.
2 powerhouses once they get setup….
So true! :)
@@DaletheCasualGamer I wasn’t a fan of Iron Man when I first got the game, but he is so much fun to play once setup. Ironheart looks similar.
