Your Tephrocactus didn’t really break. Thats how they reproduce. After they reach a certain size, they pretty much loose cladodes at the faintest touch. Vegetative reproduce is actually the main method of reproduction for some cactus species.
7:30 is one of the many, many monstrose varieties of Cereus. I don’t know which species of Cereus exactly. There are many selected cultivars and hybrids.
