You made this look easy, mine fought me hard putting the brass NOS replacement back in and it looked very close to OEM. I had to remove the smaller hold down to get mine back in but I figured with the strap it should be enough. Those hoses on the firewall were tough to get off as well.
Thinking I got lucky with this one. Getting it through the firewall took a few tries, but I had light under the hood to see the holes from inside. Thanks for watching!
Wow! I've been working on mine for a couple of months. I had a rough time getting the hose off the core. I would try one thing, get discouraged and try something different. I finally got it off after a couple of weeks. And I decided to fix my odometer and I'm going to put foam back on the blend doors. So I have the dash most of the way off. Great video and thanks for posting....
@@OldCarGarageUSA I'm not the kind of guy that wishes you had a rough time because I did. I'm so glad you didn't! I'm the original owner of the car and have treated it very well. But somehow she want to fight me. But yes I'm filming it and will be posting my restoration. And thank you very much.....
I would like to add that my engine is out and was thinking I should replace this because it would be easier to do lol also half my interior is gone too so I will head and do it now.
Wow. Perfect video and just in time for me. I would have been lost and angry without your unique techniques. Thanks
You're welcome, thanks for watching!

Mine didn't fight too much, guess I got lucky. I'd like to see the process of the foam repair, planning to share on your channel?
