I don’t think CCR or podco owns the studio they film in (I could be wrong) and they film multiple episodes per session. So essentially they are doing these rewatch podcasts for hours and hours on end. Add to that the timing of when this particular episode was filmed if it was a morning shoot, they could be hungry and sometimes when you’re hungry you lose track of your thoughts because hunger is all you can think about.
Kinda surprised they didn’t ask Vanessa about playing a trans character. Especially one as important as Cece Drake The good news is that they can always interview her again and ask her about that so all is not lost
I would love to see a PLL remake that follows the book closely than it did. I would love to see the OG actors come in for cameos or guest appearances. My dream would be if they played their mothers in the remake so Lucy would be Ella Shay would be Pam and so on

@@breaniabest7555 i think they legally have to include JSM in the show because they got into trouble when they first were planning the podcast, they had originally wanted to call the show pretty little liars podcast but someone else owned that name so they had to add the true crime element to the show to avoid any legal issues. I’ve grown fond of JSM but that’s a whole 10-15 minutes that could be used for the guest or to have Lindsey and Tammin talk about their experiences with acting and life.
@@charliescozycorner it all depends on the guests availability: with Sasha that was a huge get for them so they had to include it earlier on in the podcast’s life plus it was in studio which was a huge surprise and it became their most viewed on UA-cam. With most other guests: Torrey Nolan Sarah it was mostly done remote which couldn’t be helped because that’s when those guests were available.
It was heartwarming to hear about Vanessa’s adoption journey. I do hope she returns in the future, as I would love to know how she felt when she was told she’s A, as well as more about her character’s past and childhood.
That story that the tarot card readers told Vanessa she was going to be a mother is amazing. I’ve had family members who had experiences with psychics and I’ve heard the most incredible mind blowing stories.

Adoption affected the Drakes, DiLaurentises, and the Hastings immensely and there would be no PLL universe without it. Adoption is EXACTLY what this podcast is about.

English isn't my first language. At first I thought what was the problem of saying sane because it literally just means healthy (like the word comes from Latin, it can be used for physical health, like wound sanitation) until I realized people are using "insane" only for mental health and in a derogatory way. Yeah, thanks for bringing this to my attention.
You can use your own words and if someone is offended you can explain. And if someone is still offended it's their own problem. Freedom of speech.

this podcast has been such a letdown. all of the questions i wanted to know weren’t answered. and all that is talked about it stuff unrelated to the show then they ask one quick question regarding the show then pan off to something else. this podcast had so much potential, but this isn’t it.
guys remember this is technically their first time watching the series as well. They are going off of their acting memories from wayyyy before. Don't spoil it and let them come to it on their own. They are watching the episodes with us and we all know the ending of season 2. Let them get there. I want to see a genuine reaction and you all literally just spoiled it in the comments.

Sorry to say this and no disrespect, just being really honest but Vanessa was terrible as A. She was so cringey and so underwhelming to watch. Her facial expression were laughable compared to the first A (Janel / Mona) and she was not scary at all. Worst actress to play A. I think Torrey would have done a great job like Janel, she’s a good actress.
