But I always saw the distinction between their individual personalities and he carries that over into DMC5. He is consistent as a character.

Your mind doesn't remember the combos, but your hands do, and that's when you start getting what the game is about.

I'm straight but Devil May Cry makes me question that
Could I just jump in and play this game if I never played a DMC game before? The boys. They so pretty.
I don't recommend so. A lot of the emotional weight and moments in the game will go over your head if you have no prior attachment to the characters. Plus you miss a ton of cool references.
If you plan on playing the games chronologically. They go like this: DMC3, DMC1, DMC2(Skipable),DMC4, DMC5
You can just jump in it’s not like KH3 where everything goes over your head but make sure to come back and play again after playing the other games
