Every classic rock fan should read Howard Kaylan's "Shell Shocked" autobiography, it's the business!

I only wish that Mark and Howard knew how much they have meant to me in my life! I truly love those guys! Since November 1968 at Clowes Hall in Indianapolis, IN!

I know both Mark and Howard have been suffering from health issues these days (the heartbreaking effects of aging), but I just hope that they know how much they’ve meant to all of us throughout the years. They made such incredible art and it has enriched my life ever since I was a little boy. I am so grateful for growing up with their voices. ❤

Nice to see that these two are still performing alive and well today. A lot of people aren't as fond of Zappa's music with them on vocals, but I personally really like them. They're both quite talented vocalists, they're a lot of fun to listen to and above all else they're super funny! I hope they tour with Dweezil again because I'd love to see them perform onstage. They're quite underrated if you ask me :)

Currently reading Howards book "Shell shocked" Covers Zappa and everything. Incredible memories. Howards voice was so pure. What a time to be alive. Born in 69, I just missed it. Thank God we have their music forever.

When I first heard Just another Band from LA in 1971 I was floored. I continue to listen to it very often. Fifty years later I still think of it as a beautiful masterpiece of the last century

Anyone else ever notice anytime an ex-member of the Mothers is interviewed, or just talking on TV/Radio, every single one of them to a person sings the praises of Frank. Yes, he was a hard task master, and if you didn't toe the line, Frank sent you home...no yelling, no scene, no embarrassing confrontation - he got your money and he handed you a plane ticket home...but that very rarely happened. Twice, maybe? As hard as he worked his band & the crew, and he did, too - everyone loved their job! Everyone got paid, no one had to hassle with the mundane crap - it was handled. You just had to do what you were hired to do. On top of being one of our greatest composers, one the best damn rock guitarists ever, a great showman....he was the consumate professional businessman, too. And a very funny guy. And a damn good man. We miss you, Frank!

there is no Frank Zappa shadow . . . more like an illuminating aura that will last down the ages. Thank you Dweezil and family for continuing Franks legacy.
