You guys should check out a game called Just Act Natural. It is a Hide and Seek game where you have to blend in with the NPCs, just like this. Only it is specifically designed for it, so it flows a little better.

Kan's cop car thing could easily back fire tho if the hiders actually pull over when he turns on the lights
