I've seen other interviews where Sandy cannot keep her eyes off Keanu. I suspect that Sandy really likes him and had things been different, then they might have been a couple in reality.
To me, the house represents love. The characters feel love separately, as they lived in the house, separately, and at different times. The question being, will they ever live and love in the same house, together? Which I won't spoil it for viewers, in case they hadn't seen the movie.
Poor Sandra. This house was built for her to live and then she didn't even get a chance to buy it. Imagine how amazing it would be to save the house and its connection to Sandra('s character) and the story. Alas.
Keanu is a wonderful person. He is not pretentious whatsoever, and you would be amazed that as a multi-millionaire he lives well below his means. He’s just like you and me, a regular guy (if you are like me), lol! I assure you, I’m normal, whatever that means, lol!
i think they should get back together because they both really loved each other and I still see and sense they love each other, maybe in a different way, maybe still romantic... they can always get back together, but in life no one returns to another one easily.... people who leave us behind, they can hardly return back to us... nobody wants to take them again due to the fact that they know that they return back to them in order not to be alone... otherwise, if someone returns by loving the other one, the person should give another a chance... THEY SHOULD GIVE EACH OTHER ANOTHER CHANCE... Maybe in their 50s, they can work it out... AS for me, there is no hope and no chance... I AM NOTHING, BUT I WAS ALWAYS NOTHING FOR another one, too... I don't get the movie at all. In the beginning he dies after finding her which obviously was writing time travel letters to her, but not with this present "her" So, where is herself he was first writing to before he died and 2.) How can he live again for her "now" self to start "replaying" of the letters again? And yeah...the double dog.
I think that Keanu is really shy, but Sandra really knows how to make him laugh and put him at ease. They're really cute together... sigh if only.
