Mien Ga - Vietnamese Chicken Soup

- For the soup:
1 Chicken and clean it (I put chicken pot to see how much to fill my pot up with)
bring pot of water to a boil (add some salt for flavor about a teaspoon you can add more later)
Boil for about 20 mins or until your handy chopstick goes through the breast. (Or unitl it's cooked to 165 no blood comes out when you poke it)
Garnish:
Green Onions keep the white part and slice long and the greens dice
Cilantro chop
Noodles:
Use glass noodles (Mung Beans noodles or egg or whatever you got)
If you use mung bean noodles you can soak for one hour then you just need boiling broth and dunk in for a minute)
Get your chicken shredded and leave some meat on the bones for video 2!
Put all in a bowl top with your green onions and cilantro and enjoy.
You may add more salt or chilli to your taste.
