I sit here, 34 years old, can’t sleep, withdrawing off suboxone and alcohol, listening to songs I listened to over and over again over 20 years ago, still relating 😬 especially the Science of selling yourself short. But damn, watching this is really making the pain and anxiety go away ❤️
DO IT! YOU GOT THIS!! Next month will be 2.5 years since I last made an excuse to do heroin and god fucking damn life is so fucking good. I love you and I believe in you!
Hopefully you were able to hang in there as I know the feeling all to well. All the best to you in your struggle to rid yourself of these demons that plague people like you and me everyday .
I'm a trombone player and we grew up idolizing/covering LTJ. Buddy's chops are otherworldly. I have no idea how he can play like that for almost 90 minutes. I always practice along to one these live sets to get myself ready for any performance of mine. It's like working out literally!
Such a great band live. Buddy has the most energy I've ever seen a trombone artist have on stage. Makes the show fun and really engages with the crowd.
These guys put on such fun shows. My first-ever concert at a large venue was LTJ and Bad Religion. Was 10 or 11 years old, must have been 2003-4. Hot Water Music also played but I never got into them, either at the time or now. Maybe I should.
i normally listen to grindcore but i've seen this band well over 10 times in as many years...still got it/never lost it...no matter how drunk they are!
Funny how Chris mentioned before the last song that he had lost his wallet back in Italy. I lost mine right after this show. And he was right, my neck was a bit sore the day after. Had the opportunity to chat with Buddy, what a nice and funny guy he is! Can't wait to have them again in Budapest Rock City.
Good band.I've seen them live twice and I also had the chance to meet them backstage once when they played here in Italy with Zebrahead back in 2010. Chris is rude and snobby, the other guys are very nice
People have moods. All of us. The last time I saw them, around 2014, they hung out with us for about 2 hours drinking at the bar, and Chris was super cool and not the least bit snobby. Buddy is hilarious. The other guys and the Interrupters were a blast. Roger took a pic with my wife and then hid in the bus. I think he wasn't feeling good.
Alessandro Argiolas that’s disappointing to hear because one of my favourite concert memories was taking my little brother to an LTJ concert for his 12/13th birthday and after shouting out to chris, he invited him up on stage to dance to All My Best Friends Are Metalheads. Chris was the consummate bro that night. But roger has always been my favourite....
I remember at one of the warped tours I snuck in a Mickey of Rye Whiskey and offered some to Roger and he declined cause he said he can't drink before he performs but Vinnie didn't turn it down lol. Great guys and always will be my most favorite band of all time.
Not gonna lie, Budapest, I am impressed! Nice circle pit, and everyone’s having fun as fuck! 🤘🏻🤘🏻 -an American who has been to over 20 LTJ shows since 2003 (In 2003 there was the biggest circle pit ever for LTJ at warped tour in Montreal, QBC, Canada
interesting club looks like the double door of Chicago (rip) yes traveled there from Minneapolis for less than jake back to back shows. The logo in this vid looks like a ship on either side of the stage, symbolic meaning for the song anchor. Well ill be, I thought it was a neon bar sign, but appears a38 is a ship concert hall in england. reminds me of studio A440 in minnesota. less than jake come for the music, stay for the banter, cheers! my intention was to drop a timeshamp for the sing anchor. must've missed it making pizza. here is plastic cup politics ua-cam.com/video/N60ZAzX4ldo/v-deo.html
Does anyone else feel like the audience doesn't understand any of the stupid questions they keep asking them? I think they just cheer at the end of a sentence so they can participate.
Where was this? (Edit: Well, listening to the whole show, I know now it was at Hungary, Chris made a political praise to that country, could we infere Less Than Jake sympathizes with the right wing?
Vinnie is like THE core member of LTJ. I mean, he is a founding member...the one who the name of the band came from (his dog was Jake)...all the design concepts for their merch and a SOLID drummer!

Much love. LTJ and their music help me out in a similar way to get through traumas. Anthem and Losing Streak take me back to a better time and place.

I hope Less Than Jake never stop making music, definitely one of my favourite bands.
xBrandon 22 agreed, I prefer them more than Reel Big Fish. Another band that are also good are Mad Caddies

It wasn’t until after I watched this that I realized seeing LTJ on a boat in Hungary was on my bucket list
this shit never gets old
Roger and Buddy apparently never get old. The hell? dudes look the same as in 1996.
Seeing them happy makes me so happy
When you had your day planned out and youtube hits you with this gold instead 🔥
PLEASE COME TO SCOTLAND AGAIN ASAP!!!
Saw you in Aberdeen about 18 years ago..... desperate to see you again!!!
I love how they threw in a little Bosstones at the end of "Plastic Cup Politics". Awesome!
ugh... had to find this at 2am. RIP me tomorrow.
why there so little views? this is gold!
woah...this is one of the best quality LTJ shows posted....thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Man. They still sound great! Could easily be 2003.
yes 👍
Saw these guys at the Anson Rooms in Bristol back in 2001. Incredible energy!
I got chills at about 7:07 when the trombone hit. Love you horn players!!!! :)

I love the horn reference to Someday I suppose by the Might Mighty Bosstones at the end of Plastic Cup Politics there! Ska is good stuff man.
this is an especially good live video production. i love it so so much
Amazing gig, hardest working band going xxx
love all the oldies they threw in here
i normally listen to grindcore but i've seen this band well over 10 times in as many years...still got it/never lost it...no matter how drunk they are!
Me as well man. Such a great live band. The energy they display is amazing.
Still one of the best live ska/punk bands out there!! 🤘🥃🏁
Seeing them live with NOFX, Bad Religion, Chixdiggit, and The Last Gang. Gonna be great!! They seem awesome live!
Funny how Chris mentioned before the last song that he had lost his wallet back in Italy. I lost mine right after this show. And he was right, my neck was a bit sore the day after.

looked like a really fun show
How are these guys still this good after all these years?? Staying healthy probably helps... Please come to Sweden :(
This is a very awesome.bamd
you could know none of these songs and still have a helluva time at their live shows
Who else is old as f**k like me and used to see them in Gainesville at the Covered Dish?
The first time I saw them live was at the Hardback! Gainesville rocked back in the day!
One of the most badass pop punk bands outtthere.
Saw them last month at warped tour and they were awesome
I didn't realize that Bomb Drop had been for 4 years!
Good band.I've seen them live twice and I also had the chance to meet them backstage once when they played here in Italy with Zebrahead back in 2010. Chris is rude and snobby, the other guys are very nice
It's funny you say that Chris has been a dick every time I've met him and Roger was great
Dan Smith yeah maybe he had a bad day

God damn that looks like a fun time
Ghost of you and me added to Spotify playlist. Forgot how fucking good that song is!
Whatever Buddy and Roger are on has frozen the aging process.

Less than Jake RULES !!!
they changed the lyrics to the science of selling yourself short
I so wish I could have been at the party with Less than Jake, The Offspring and Blink 182.

BUDAPEST WHAT THE FUCK!?!?
Does anyone have info on who else, if anyone, was also in this bill?
Catch you later Bill and Ted, indeed!
Does anyone else feel like the audience doesn't understand any of the stupid questions they keep asking them?
I think they just cheer at the end of a sentence so they can participate.
Why is it that the Ska bands are not only the best bands but the funniest bands?!
because Ska is fun.
Nice to see JR sporting an Anti-Flag shirt!!!🤘
Band sounds great! Too bad the horn mix is terrible.
Horn mix conosieur. Jesus loves your ear for a good horn mix. PS join my band
Its funny lots of times in live recordings you barely hear them. Here they overcompensated like 20%. (Maybe 25 but i love me some horns)
Someone should check on Vinnie
Where was this? (Edit: Well, listening to the whole show, I know now it was at Hungary, Chris made a political praise to that country, could we infere Less Than Jake sympathizes with the right wing?
I love them no matter their poltical preferences. The amount of happiness they´ve gave me trascends left or right shit
Olha parece o Bruno do Bruno e Marrone
kkkkkkkkkkkk nunca tinha oensado nisso, mas parece mesmo
Is Vinnie Paul still their drummer? He looks different.
He was when this was filmed, now he isn't anymore.
@@AfonsoEGM I see.
What happened to him?
@@theevildrummingsithlord1492 He just got tired from constantly touring and wanted to spend more time with family, which I think is fair.

"If the world would be more like Hungary, it'll probably be a better place" - well that didn't age well 😬
these people are like 45 year old lol

Soooo? Their music is still fire

well, cause he writes all the songs and well, he's their drummer........... why get rid of him? He's good.

sound is atrocious
Fuct
Nice!
