I'm pretty sure Saint-Gobain made our fiber glass out of Texas. I worked for Baja boats building the Outlaws & others like the Islander. Only we didnt have any respirators, just safety glasses & paint pants. Shop would always have a mist hue in the air. Its the only time in my life my nose has bled. Still enjoyed being a gunner & knocking out 5 to 8 boats a day. People I worked with were the best to be around. I was 20 years old doing that for 10 to 12 hours a day. I knew I would find someone like this in the comments, they are using a very basic application right off of the Quest 3 hardware. With a PC and a link cable or a good Airlink connection, you can have a fully detailed model of a real car in the place of that low quality sketch. Don't underestimate things withought looking further into them.

No. You saw similar footage of the same event, filmed by the fiberglass shop, Starr creations, and uploaded a couple weeks ago. After the 16 minute mark is all unique footage.
Fellow RC guy here - some advice given to me "Always be 3 mistakes high". A stunt for you is called a loop and thud. Do a loop just perfectly close enough to the ground that you land. The objective is not to do the thud part. As for completely totaled planes that this stunt might result in, my group refers to them as carcasses. Car body is going to be sweet!!

And some chemicals had big skull and crossbones warnings of "This will cause cancer or death if exposed". Not the watered down california "May cause cancer".
its nasty crap. not something you want absorbed into your body.
@@anthonyboylan9212You might know the answer here, with proper xylene off the market is there an alternative? Everything else I've tried doesn't seem to clean the spray equipment nearly as well.
Leroy will cut through the air like a hot knife through butter... Love this!!
Absolutelky LUV the second 'iteration' of what LeRoy can look like!!
That Augmented Reality conversation in the VR goggles was really cool despite the poor quality, those tools are incredible
I knew I would find someone like this in the comments, they are using a very basic application right off of the Quest 3 hardware. With a PC and a link cable or a good Airlink connection, you can have a fully detailed model of a real car in the place of that low quality sketch. Don't underestimate things withought looking further into them.
@fireskydiver7 what app is this called?
haven't we already seen this ?
Supposedly it was the shop's vid we saw. There are differences tho and there's more in this one.
You saw similar footage on Starr creation's channel, yes. I'm sure someone will be picky and correct me that the VR footage was identical, and yes, they only had one VR setup so it would be.
@@DaveS71 ahh, looked the same to me lol, I watched it anyway just seemed odd
Old video?😊
You watched the video from the fiberglass guys
That was very cool seeing the bodies for Leroy. One the cooler things have saw lately.
I need that infraction. I just order some stuff. Got them fingers crossed. Even if I don’t win the fact I can help support these awesome guys makes it all worth it
Am I going crazy…. I swear I’ve seen this video a while back
Didn't we see this video already?
That was on starr creations page it was basically the same video from a different camera
Back half of the video is new
I feel like this is Deja Vu. I have seen this before... somewhere... Like this is a re-run or something.
I never thought I would be excited to see a body on Leroy! It is going to look so good!
Wild to have leeroy in the back ground while looking at leeroy with a shell 😮that 3d imagine is insain i couldnt imagine wearing those and seeing that in real life 😮
Reupload?
No. You saw similar footage of the same event, filmed by the fiberglass shop, Starr creations, and uploaded a couple weeks ago. After the 16 minute mark is all unique footage.
reupload?
You watched it on the glass guys channel, some of the footage was used by both
Good luck to you with the new body for the car. If you’re ever in the Michigan area let me know! And always keep it in the Green!
I want cleetus and crew to be able to ride with the blue angels! That would be great content!
Watching all that fiberglass makes my skin itch
This is the coolest use of spacial computing I’ve seen. Super sick stuff
Never, NEVER tire of hearing the Cleetus McFarland guitar tune,, it is SO APPROPRIATE! 🙂
I’m not a big RC guy and usually skip those segments but watching George learn was cool
Idk if anyone has said this but im so glad ol cleeter kept the og intro all these years. Its just perfect 🤌🏻
Ran a chopper gun for a few years building Bayliner boats ... also was a tooler( mold builder) before I grew up an went to chevy an became a technician.... still do hand lay on occasion
Pro mod leroy coming in hot. Love watching George learn to fly. Something real relatable about it lol
Anyone else enjoying MacFarland Racing visiting their supporters' businesses? I'm loving this series, next Texas Speed or Wiple Superchargers!
That ending was so wholesome just 2 blokes being boys with their toys
I swear with out you guys creating content I wouldn’t have as big of a smile on my face all the time! You guys create such great content and you guys are just so positive!!!
Over the years there isn't a ton I haven't seen, done, or atleast surprised by, but I honestly knew nothing about how fiberglass panels were made and although it definitely isn't something I would want to do especially in Florida heat 🔥, I have a ton of respect for these guys, and kinda mind blown on that sprayer. That thing is awesome how it chops that quick. Thanks for sharing you big giraffe 🦒. 😉
I’ve never really thought of the business applications for VR, but this is COOL AS HELL!
That was pretty cool to see how they designed the body for Leroy it's going look awesome
People thought it looked like a platypus before?! The platypus has been my favorite animal since I was 5 (yes it made for a lot of awkward conversations in school) and never thought it looked like one. I guess people cant think what it will look like with color and only see the orange and not have any imagination? I hope you go with what you and your team likes the best. When it gets color most of the doubters will like it too. Do it for your team and do it for Dale! and Ed!
Favorite moment here "Now don't add power" *audible zoooom* plane flips
I hope the back of the car ends up looking like wings as in a dive position. That’s going to look so cool all painted up! Hopefully like an eagle with the ole red, white, and blue along side.
