In this video, we are discussing the drawing reading and BBS of Pile Cap
In pile cap the following bbs of bars we have to do :
1. BBS of Binders along shorter Span of face
2. BBS of Binders along longer Span of face
3. BBS of Top mesh in Pile cap: Top mesh consists of Top Main Bars & Top Distribution Bars
4. BBS of Bottom Mesh in Pile Cap: Bottom mesh consists of bottom Main bars & Bottom Distribution bars.
Steps Involved in Bar Bending Schedule :
1. Cutting Length of Bar
2. No. of bars
3. unit weight of bars
4. Total weight of bars

Sir pile cap mai jo top main bar hota hai wo top distribution bar ke upar place hota hai ya niche .....
top main bar will be always placed above top distribution bar
bottom main bar will be always placed at the bottom of bottom dis. bar.

Binder bar thick ness of shorter span side and longer side need not to be deducted for top or bottom bar length calculation. These two bars join in a line. One thickness only need to be deducted. They are not side by , they are join in line .
Mera bhi yahi vichar hai . Face bar may be lapped in a single line ..up and down . no need to deduct both bar thickness for calculating main bar cutting length..

Longer span k along green colour ka jo apne stirrup show kiya h uska cutting length calculate krte time apne mistakenly L- shape ka lenth add krna bhul gaye hain

Sabse bada problem hota drawing ko dekhna or usko samjhna .agar drawing dekhne aa gya to 60 percent kam ho gya

Sir you did a wrong....... When you find the cutting length of binder along the longer span you did not add that bend portion, you only add the longer portion
