Rehydrating Sweet Potatoes and Canned Butter

A video I had forgotten about filming last year on rehydrating sweet potatoes and canned butter.
We lover our dehydrated potatoes, they are great for pies, breads, or as a side dish.

Can they be fried?

I really don't know because we have not tried that, but I guess if you let them drain for a while you could fry them up. I will have to try that and see how it works.
