kyuho's parents are a living proof that if you keep your mind open and accept and love your kids unconditionally, you can still have such a beautiful relationship with them even when they grow up and move ages ago. ♥ it always warms my heart, seeing your beautiful relationship, either as parents - child or in-laws :)
14:34 OMG the scenery looks like a Truman show ending scene! So surreal and breathtaking...and those Peperos! Now I understand why Koreans call Danang Gyeonggido Danangsi lol 11:48 even hangeul is written on the table😄definitely visit Vietnam someday!
Hi Sarah! Hi Kyuho! The beauty of Da Nang! My goodness, but I want to go there! I swear this video is so well done, you should both be invited to represent Vietnam in their travel industry. The music is so soothing, as is the entire video, showing the beauty and the food. I don’t blame you for having big bowls of Pho, Sarah. Total comfort food! Thank you for allowing us to live vicariously through you and your videos. Praying that Kyuho’s mama is feeling better. I cannot wait for next weeks’ vlog! I’m so happy that Beemo is doing well! Take care! ❤❤
I didn’t know Vietnam was so beautiful. But those thunderstorms were scary. I jumped when the lightening struck a couple of times. I said, “Kyuho, watch out!”
I'm with you, Sarah. I love warm climates with constant warmth. I miss the weather in Florida, where I lived for 2 years. Don't miss some other things about Florida though. Glad Beemo was happy at home. :)
Danang, I don’t think September and October are a good time to visit because it’s tropical monsoon hurricane possibly or raining months. But from December on, very good weather to chill and beach relax. I recommend you guys fly to Sapa to see the stepped golden rice fields now; you won’t see that next couple weeks I think because they are in the process of harvesting. And of course check the Ha Giang loop, it’s insanely beautiful. Ma Pi Leng, Ta Xua, Ý Ty, dragon fall, ban gioc waterfall and others to name a few in northwest Vietnam are incredibly epic.
@@2hearts1seoul if you like the beach and still in Vietnam, take a short flight to Nha Trang, which is almost the same as Danang. Nha Trang is sunshine now and has a beautiful beach as well.
In central Vietnam, from August to November is a rainy time because there are often storms. This is the low season for tourism, you can get cheaper hotel or entertainment costs than during the peak seasons but in return there is a lot of rain. In Nha Trang or Da Nang, Quy Nhon, Phú Yên, etc. (central region of Vietnam), the best time to travel is from December to April. The weather is very nice and cool (temperature ranges from 16-25 degrees).
Eating Pho is the Answer if there is no proper meal to eat . It makes stomach feel comfortable and full with easy. Thanks for the nice ocean view that giving me the refreshment for a minute.
It is a shame that you guys could not swim in the ocean while you were there. But safety is definitely first place. So I’m glad that you all heated the advice of the lifeguard on duty there. And you guys did get to swim in the pool that was nice. I’m glad that you all had a chill vacation. it seems like your lives can get a little bit hectic. And how lovely that you all could go with your parents. Your view was absolutely amazing!
Seeing the whole family passed out on the plane was both cute and hilarious. 😂 My dad does that but unfortunately I didn't get that skill. I'm jealous of people who can sleep on planes.
I have just put Vietnam on my list and Da Nang especially as it seems to have lots of place to visit within 1-2 hour drive and the beach. But it will be deep in monsoon time by the time I am able to come October/November time. But I hope to visit 2024, ride a scooter as the traffic looks less crazy and eat lots of lovely food.
Thank you for bringing us along ☺️ i reaally want to go there 😍 looks so relaxing. However my husband convinced me to go skiing this year, i hope i wont regret it 😅
❤ love Da Nang! Stayed at that same hotel several times. The best time to go is Chinese lunar New Year. Ho Anh is near Da Nang...a very unique fashion city. Go visit if you have time. Only 30mins away.
Regarding the instant sleeping, my husband and his mum do the same. As soon as the head hits the pillow or they get in a relaxing chair (after a long day) they nod off within a few seconds.
I’m in Hoi An which is beside Danang. I remember the thunder and lightning ⚡️ storm last week was huge. And then we had some good weather days. But it’s the rainy season and today is Saturday October 14 and we’ve had rain for about 3 days almost non stop
It WAS huge ⛈️We were not prepared 😅 After that we had some great weather for our trip though 🌞 We’ll be uploading the second video of our Da Nang trip on Sunday night 😄
Dude that is some no joke thunder lightning! Serious business when it's shaking the window for sure! I'm with you! I'd be eating the pho everyday too haha. Even at the hotel, I'm sure it's 10x better than anything you'd be able to get outside of Vietnam. When we were in Bali, they had this tea/coffee set we were able to try. One of them was durian coffee. Yeah, it tasted as bad as it smelled lol. Definitely an acquired taste for sure haha.
Absolutely!! That hotel pho was SO damn good, I honestly had it every morning 🍜 Kyuho’s mom loooves durian, so she bought a few dried durian snacks while we were there 💀
I think the meal you were eating was Bun Cha. If so you make a wrap with the greens and meat and stuff and use sauce. Usually the meat is not in the bowl of sauce. You don't drink the sauce like a soup. It is VERY SALTY. I was confused too the first time I had this dish.
I remember you guys. I watched your videos back then and really enjoyed your videos. Do many average South Koreans consider Vietnam to be a good overall value as a vacation spot; and by "overall", I'm talking about not only cost of food but cost of travel, hotel, transport, attractions like Ha Long Bay, Ba Na Hills, golf, etc? Look forward to this VN video series.
My word, what a breathtaking place. And Sarah , that pho looked so delicious I immediately had to find a 5 star recipe to try . Just curious …did you not play in the waves because of undertow or rip tide. Did they warn you at the resort You did such a great job of filming. Looks like a amazing vacation. And I loved the thunder and lighting show 🙃😝
I wish pho broth wasn’t so difficult to make 🥲 That’s why I ate it every day there, lol. The lifeguard at the resort said the waves and undertow were too strong to swim, due to the tropical depression aftermath 🥲
omg the vieeewwwssss!!! I'm the opposite sarah, i was born to be in a temperate weather as for me anything above 25°C should be illegal haahhaha but da nang looks so beautiful it makes me want to visit. the thing about tropical places is that they look beautiful but i know I'll melt instantly so i never pick them as destination... still, the promise of pho 24/7 truly is enticing ps: kyuho's reactions are everything haha

haha, Sarah sounded exactly like every other Canadian lady I encountered in Australia. All obsessed with warm climate. Aussie summer is even a lot hotter than Vietnam, 40+ degrees, bonus bushfires and some uninvited creatures (snakes spiders), too hot for them to stay in.
I feel like the actual summers would be really hot for me during the peak noon hours, but the rest of the seasons…whew…I could definitely adjust to that 😎🌴 I’ve always been really intolerant to cold weather.
I find it so funny how I didn't get sick at all in Vietnam, but the second I landed back in Canada, I felt sick and had all these issues come up. I think I might be allergic to Canada.

Love this, what a beautiful place. The food, oh my lanta! Can't wait to see the rest of your adventures.
