Eureka! I have searched far and wide for a recipe for sweet bread that did not crumble when cut up, or dry out after 3 days! I found it! This is a wonderful recipe that I will keep forever. She's right, it is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and most importantly, it maintains its integrity for a very long time. Texture and taste are just absolutely wonderful. The recipe makes 2 loaves. With other recipes I would have to gobble both loaves up within a week, because they dried out so quickly, but with Ria's recipe , the first one lasted me a week and I'm on the second one now ,and it's still soft and delicious! Thank you Ria!

Hello ria have not posted in awhile cause the gremlins are in school online. But they gonna love you for real they love sweetbread and this looks very simple .they can make this for themselves unlike the ones for christmas you know the amount of sweetbread trini makes to share for family. Two means they get to eat there creation. The gremlins and I have enjoyed your channel .me relearning the stuff I learnt as a child. My niece and nephew visiting the kitchen with me through your eyes. We had fun and enjoyed your company.they love to eat puts on not an Oz. I don't always have the time but it makes my heart glad they can turn on u tube and find u thus keeping them out of mischief. There favorite are in ah folder just for them.
