የቤትም ሆነ የህንፃ ግንባታን ለማድረግ ለሚያስብ ኢትዬጵያዊ ሁላ የተዘጋጀ ምንም የኢንጅነሪንግም ሆነ የግንባታ እውቀት ባይኖሮትም ፣የሀገሪቱዋን ነባራዊ የሪል እስቴት ሲስተም ባያውቁም ፥ ከዩኒቨርስቲ ተመርቀው ወተው ምንም አይነት በእውነተኛው አለም ላይ የተመሰረተ እውቀት ስለሌሎት ስራውን እንዴት በፍጥነትና በቀላል መንገድ እለምደው ይሆን ብለው ለተጨነቁ ፥ ከሀገር ውጪ እየኖሩ ለፍተው ሰርተው ባጠራቀሙት ጥሪት ወደሀገር ውስጥ ገብተው ለመስራት ሲያስቡ ስለሀገሪቱዋ ሪል እስቴት ገበያ አለማውቆ ከዛም አልፎ የቢዝነስ ስነምግባር በሌላቸው ኮንትራክተሮችና ደላሎች ገንዘቦን መበላትን ማስወገድ ከፈለጉ ያያ ኮንስትራክሽን ዩቲዩብ ቤተሰብ አባል ሆነው የኮንስትራኽሽንና የሪል እስቴት መሰረታዊ እውቀቶን በማሳደግ ከአላስፈላጊ ውጣውረድ፥የገንዘብና የጊዜ ኪሳራ እራሶን በመጠበቅ የተመኙትን ማንኛውንም የህንፃ ግንባታ ያለድካም ያለገንዘብና ጊዜ ኪሳራ በስኬት በቀላልና በፈጣን መንገድ ያጠናቁ !

But sometimes we know about chemicals but we didnt know how to use them..in this video u told us their function only. So on the next video please tell us how to use it. Their ratio and releated things.
