Thank you for the great wisdom. Lot of leaders are tearing down the body of christ instead of building up. It's simply due to the lack of skill to lead.

I liked how you described how certain behaviors in leadership cause outcomes in the flock/overall church culture. Some leaders simply don't know what they are doing wrong. The presentation was organized, coherent, on target, and Godly. Well done!

Those church leaders who had exposure in the outside world before they became pastors fare better as leaders as opposed to those who just graduated from Bible school and have no inkling what life is outside the church perimeters.

This was GOOD. Thank you, and God bless you.
I would also like to say this is a topic I don’t see many videos on. I wonder why 🙃

When starting a new church it’s hard to choose leaders because you have to work with what you have. What to do when people are only looking for the spot light and don’t stay for cleanup ditties after an event, for example?
How to unite the leadership team when they are so preoccupied with competing with each other and trying to prove they’re better than others!?

@vivimedina5925 It's better "hire" slow and "fire" fast, than to have to do it the other way around... most feel pressure to create or provide something so amazing that they're willing to overlook significant character issues - which also lead to more painful problems than not have a specific service or ministry offering. I'd rather have the right people leading and less to offer, than the wrong people leading for the wrong reasons.

What does the Old Testament say about dancing?
In the Bible, Psalms 149:3 says, “Let them praise his name with dancing…Praise him with tambourine and dance…”3 In 2 Samuel 6:14-22, David dances before the Lord with all his might, providing us with a wonderful example of what it truly means to surrender to God in worship.
    Everyone needs to lighten up.

No, Paul the apostle, was the best minister, teacher, lover of the church; he sweated over it every day, and put himself as nothing: Phil. 2:3-4.

The perfect church on Earth does not exist and you cannot make the perfect church. If you can prove me wrong and find this church DO NOT JOIN IT!!! If you do you will spoil it.

You're right about that. I do think it is helpful to be aware of problems, insecurities, and areas for growth that can easily help prevent unnecessary issues or at least resolve them faster. Agree?
