    What recommendations would be different between men and women?

      Great question! Quite a few. For one, the men get a program more based on upper body strength and power, with an even amount of lower body work. Women tend to get more lower body strength and power work, but focusing on an extended range of motion demands too that men don't typically need. as much. We also aim targeted work at the shoulders for men, vs the hips and lower back in women.
