Wow this song fits them so perfectly and specially Lena because when she first met Kara she taught that there was only darkness in her life but Kara saw something more inside of Lena she actually saw goodness in her like nobody else has ever done and that’s one of the many reasons why she became friends with Kara in the first place ✅

*SCREAMING FROM HERE TO THE FARTHEST ENDS OF THE GALAXY* HELL YESSSS!!!!!! I was just waiting for someone to use this song after Kara's emotional speech when she said "say something" to Lena. Such a fitting song choice and really adds to the emotional quality of the video. There's so much I love about this. The song, the voiceovers, the colouring, and of course the FREAKING PARALLELS. I AM OFFICIALLY DEAD...and yet this video and their scenes from 5x01 has given me life because I can't contain the feels. This video is everything!!! This is too perfect and incredible for words. You have slayed me lol. Lastly the chemistry between Kara and Lena is off the charts! They have MAD chemistry it's not even funny. Melissa and Katie killed that reveal scene...such raw emotion I can't even. Such phenomenal actresses and they work so well together. That reveal scene was definitely worth the wait!

This is actually the best performance I’ve ever seen Melissa acting in (5x01) I couldn’t stop crying 😭 watching this scene it was such a heartbreaking moment between these two i love their friendship so much i hope the old Lena comes back and not the EVIL Luthor side of her it’s way better when she’s just Lena Kara’s best friend that’s the person I love 💕 the most the kind and brilliant and beautiful woman Lena!!!!!!!!!!!!
The hurt in Lena’s face when Kara finally told her the truth i can really truly understand why she felts so betrayed and why she felt like Kara broke her heart 💔 and because she had been lying to her for years before she told her truth I would had also felt heartbroken if my best friend would had lied to me too!!!!!!!!!!
