Dude, for $1500 to $1600 a week I think you can find a job and be home every weekend. I've only been in trucking going on 3 years and have always been home every weekend. Everyone's situation is different but I think you deserve better. Thanks for the videos.
Yeah. I know can be home every week at the current pay, but I’m sacrificing pay for experience. With more experience, I can make more money when I go out on my own. Thanks for watching brother and stay safe.
@@delgadotrucking I see that sounds like a good plan. I forgot you're going to do more oversized stuff. I agree then. When I see those guys with the rgns pulling crazy stuff I'm like, ya I want to do that. Be safe.
@@delgadotruckingyou hit it on the right note when you said “im trading money for experience” a lot of heavy haul companies in Texas that pay more after having the right amount of experience.
Delgado I worked for ATS in 2023. And let me tell you there a great company but they lost a lot of contracts and freight. ATS is known for as a heavy haul company. ATS is hauling basic freight meaning pipes, wood, coils and etc. When I left I was almost level three. I spoke to Nicole a week ago and she explain to me they drop down the cents per mile. When I was at ATS. It was two options percentage of the load or cents per mile. Remember ATS in Houston Texas and Minnesota they got 8 Axles and higher trailers. I believe ATS, has a the opportunity to do better but I get it market is screw now but many go to ATS because they have a system in place to get you from level four to a level three.
So you saying 55 cents but my friend who works their gets percentage or mileage which ever is more so for short freight or high paying load percentage does
@@AlecDaStar I don’t care for it. Definitely not my favorite thing, but I have yet to score any points. My biggest issue with it is trying to pass someone and having other vehicles cut in front of me
Good to hear man! Thanks for sharing your experience.

Thanks for the info. Yeah I’m currently class 3 at the moment.
What are you doing now? Did ATS help you get where you’re at?
Thank you for sharing
Currently in transam 2 months, netting 1100 a week on average.
That’s awesome. Stick with it. It only gets better from there. Trust me

Its two weeks out per home time request
are they passenger friendly?
Yes they are
Minimum is 2 weeks out
And why do you have a camera that looks in? You’re supposed to have a sticker over the inside lens
lol. I do have a sticker over the lens

Oh sorry. I should have been clear about that.
